I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles
Please do not purchase any items from Wish! Very misleading regarding the item that I purchased. Paid close to £7,**0 expecting a good quality and lovely product as seen on wish. The product turned out to be used a number of times and squeezed into a bag sent all the way from China! The product was awful, certainly not worth the amount paid. They were also an absolute nightmare with regards to getting a refund. They said they would refund me but I was still chasing for it months later. Dodgy, dodgy company - I was only able to get my money back after reaching out to trustpilot for help from them when I directed to file a complaint on the official mail. Bought Coco Chanel from Wish. A Turkish fake product arrived confirmed as fake by many Uk retailers. Wish would not refund and just point you back at the fraudulent seller who's never going to refund the money. Complete scam website, avoid at all costs!
I am here just regretting purchasing anything on this website! It's been hell trying to get a return information or refund for an item that I am not satisfied with and doesn't work either.
Sites like this should not be allowed to operate because they are just scamming people of their money. They don't even abide by their money back guarantee which is so ridiculous.

I have purchased many items previosly but the latest some mini hearing aids which have now disapoeared off my orders so cann ot be resolved on useless A1customer service took the money no resolution.
Ordered quite a few items and was satisfied with goods and delivery but now everything clicked on site SOLD OUT very frustrating will erase app soon.
I placed two orders on wish, both from the same supplier. The supplier advertised they were selling "Moissanite" stones. I received (5) stones that were "Glass" I checked them on my "Presideum II" gem tester and the needle didn't budge. I contacted wish and I had (5) representatives contact me on different occasions asking for photos and more re what the issue was. On each occasion I complied and I have yet to get any satisfaction. This is "Fraudulent" and I hold wish accountable and seriously considering contacting the FBI to investigate this company. Wish makes money from companies selling garbage. I just received an e-mail from Wish stating the advertiser listed the goods as "Natural Diamonds" - Moissanites aren't natural diamonds. Wish also states the case is now closed, even although I'm left with "Glass" - This is outrageous!

Wish and or it's suppliers advertise items falsely. For example they advertise electric bikes/scooters and even bikes. They describe the bikes making people think they are buying a "'Real Bike" but in reality what they are selling is headlights, rear lights, handle bars, bike stands, pedals i. E. Bike Parts. The suppliers/wish charge a delivery and the customers often get combined shipping. We all know combined shipping is usually cheaper but Wish charges the customer twice or sometimes three times for one package. It's very close to fraud and I wouldn't consider dealing with wish in the future. I would strongly suggest using another source such as Alibaba.
Recently I ordered a folding bike. I checked on it location for over three weeks and it showed the bike as being sold out. Wish contacted me after three weeks and offered a refund or an alternative bike. The bikes offered were no where near what my original order was. I'm extremely disappointed and won't deal with middle companies again. They offer $1 deals that are also a scam and a way to collect money from customers, hoping they will bank the money with wish and use it on another larger purchase.
After receiving a dress issing the back lining of a lace dress. I contacted customer service to return for a refund. I was told it didn't meet the criteria for a return( part of the dress is MISSING). I was then told there is no wish return center in my country (Canada) shocking. They have really gone down hill. Will absolutely advise NOT ordering anything from wish again. It's not worth trying to save a few bucks.

I talked to fedex and it is coming to another town far away and FedEx said it's about a pound. And I know a gazebo weighs more than 1 lb. This has been my 6th different order that I ordered from wish. And never received 1 item

Check the tracking number on FedEx and you can see i got scammed again.
It's also coming to another person in a city 6 hrs away. It was supposed to be a greenhouse and the weight is 1 lb. And FedEx said it wasn't my name or address. Screwed again.

Wish.com did not give me the name of the last mile delivery company. The delivery man handled the delivery very badly and I don't know where to complain because I don't even know who the delivery company is. Because of that I'm not using Wish again and advising everyone against using it either.

Wish never delivered the item for a veteran who passed away three months later. They keep saying that sometimes it takes two weeks longer. The family wanted a refund and contacted Wish, requesting an account for the refund. They opened the block so Wish could deposit the money. However, instead of depositing $180.00, they withdrew $180.00 but won't give the money back to the veteran's family. The family's debit card was also hacked. Furthermore, customer support blocked them. I tried to help them and continued to reach out to customer support, providing them with all the relevant information. Despite never having bought or ordered anything, I created an account to communicate with customer support. Having conversed online, I returned the next day. This is all recorded on my new account that I had opened, and the message was, please see the picture. User's recommendation: Should be shut down.
Delivered to Church hill TN. And a different name and the weight was about 3 lbs. this greenhouse should weigh over 66 lb. and he lives far away from Church hill TN.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
