Half.ebay.com has TERRIBLE customer support. If you should ever have an issue with payment, you will NOT be able to talk to a person to get it resolved. Their customer support is run through emails and their "Help Wizard" which basically just sends them an email. They will NOT call you at your request to fix a payment issue and if you do find their mysterious customer support phone number, it is an automated system just telling you to send them an email. You also can't use gift cards like you can on other websites, if your giftcard isn't ABOVE the amount of your total, you can't use it, but they don't state that unless you specifically go searching through all their discussion forums to find it or email to ask them ahead of time.
