Paid for item first of may 2020 and its july and still nothing nor will they refund my money... worst site ever. Dont trust them with credit card number. They are dishonest. And keep putting delivery date off for 21 days. Again and again... told me delivery date was the second and if it does not arrive to contact them for refund... it didnt arrive so i did contact them and instead of refund they gave me a new delivery date... and wish has no phone number for support for any1 to call

Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... PLEASE RESPOND.(shame on your poor services) I have ordered hundreds of dollars form WISH I can't say it enough how disappointed I am in wish, I ordered several items that was not right I got in touch with wish company about the the mistake right away I was told it was to late to do any thing about the items. I ordered two black king size comforter you sent me two black satin king size sheet set, I ordered black satin two piece medium size sleep ware you sent me a size small, I ordered a medium black suit jacket, you sent me a size small. I have ordered to much form your company for you all to treat me this way..

Where's my products or where and what did you do with my money a refund should be in place and it's not. Bad app bad reputation..

Please help me get refund from wish it's been three month and I paid $350 for laptop. Their customer service say it's been shipped and my item hasent arrived. Now they dont even reply. They stole my money and dont want to give refund. Please help me somebody

I had contact several time with wish.com customer services but they always fail to give the answer of my question in which I asked they contact with the seller and conforme that he has sent me 1 parcel or 2 different parcel because I had purchased 2 different items 2 USB Flash drive and 8 Micro SD card.

I had receive 1 parcel in which only 2 USB contain

Now my question where is the 2 parcel or my Micro SD cards

I have just became ensnared in the wish.com credit card info trust worthiness debacle and had my bank account wiped out completely by just downloading the app since september and had to get the bank to try and trace down the culprits or whatever and may or may not get my 2 mos ssi and ecola virus 19 deposit back and have been penniless this whole time. They are investigating but it is a fiasco/snafu 100% fubar at best.

I ordered a black leather trench coat that was supposed to be leather and full length I got back a coat that went to my knees and was not leather. It was 99% polyester 10% Spandex and was to small. I ordered an extra large full length leather trench coat that was even to small for anyone I knew I suppose that I should have guessed that there might have been different meanings to extra large from country to country. I guess now that know this now like I do I should have ordered an XXX large trench coat. I just want a black leather full length trench coat. Why can't I get that. Isn't this False advertisement please send me my black full length leather jacket thank you so much I am sorry if I'm being a pain in your backside but I've always wanted this I paid for it and never got it please send it to me

They do not steal your money. Wish is like Amazon for cheap items from China, they're just a go-between from seller to consumer. Once you make a purchase, Wish processes your payment the same as buying something from a non-Amazon-direct store from Amazon.

Yes they steal your money, don't send the item and refuse to refund you. Contrary to what sara a says, I'm not a liar. This is my personal experience. You may get lucky and receive your item but I wouldn't risk it and certainly wouldn't trust them with your credit card details.
