I just checked my direct express card and saw 2 charges from this company I have never shopped here! $278 and $279! I need my money back! I have no idea how you got my card number!
Despicable. Utterly $#*!ty business. If you are out of the US, don't want ven bother ordering because you're just scammed outta money. Fashionova lied about handing over my shopping to ePost global shipping and the tracking link shared has been stuck there for over a month. Since Dec 2, I have contacted the shipping company and they have not received any items and they send me back to vendor. Fashionova refuses to refund my money yet the order status reads complete. It is very shameful and disgusting that you would gladly accept money for orders that you don't intend on fulfilling. Maybe someone can learn from my experience, save yourself the money and spend it literally anywhere else.
I am disappointed with the service. The customer support didn't answer my mails. I wanted to know where my package was but still no luck. I don't recommend them.
This company took my money and didn't provide the product I ordered. They are thieves. There is no way to get a hold of anyone to help and their website is one big loop in terms of looking for support.
My items have sat in "label created" mode for 2 weeks. This is consistent with many other reviewers. They turned off their phone lines and the only way to get help is on their website where they just point you to articles that state their store policies. There is no one to help or refund orders.
Apparently they don't honor their sales. Ordered several items on the Cyber Monday sale and did not find out they canceled the order until it was due. In fact, never received an email it was canceled, had to find out on the website.
Just got an email I was refunded but still no clue why it was canceled. And don't try to contact their customer service, it is non existent.

Order was promised to me about 10 to 14 days after I ordered I didn't receive my order until a month and two days later., When I asked my refund, they told me they were unable to refund me my money even though I didn't get my order until I returned the items. I explained to them that I did not receive my items so I was unable to return my items and just wanted to refund, but they refused to give me a refund. They said they looked at my tracking and I will have to return my items for a store credit only. When my items came a month and days later I return that would be because the quality was bad. Please do not order from this company. Save your money save your time and save your mental. The se one time I ordered from the to try to use my store credit so I would not lose that on my money, my store credit did not process, I immediately asked my order reached out to customer service and told them that my school credit did not process, and I wanted to use that as a payment instead of putting on my credit card. They told me that the were unable to change the payment method because thier system processes quickly. I ask them to cancel my order so I can use my store credit. They told me that they already processed my order and they could not cancel my order. I would have to return the items for another store credit. I feel like I'm forced to shop here if I don't want to lose my money. Do not order from this company save yourself.
Can I leave 0 stars? Absolute scammers! They fraudulently charged my card multiple times, and I have NEVER visited their site or used my card with them. In fact, I had never even heard of this company before the unauthorized charges appeared!
What's worse, there's no way to contact them to address the blatant fraud! It's a complete scam operation - beware!
Thankfully my bank is stepping in to stop the payments and pursue action against this fraudulent company.

Stay far far away from this company. They misrepresent their products and when you try to return them you have to pay absorbitant money for returns. And other fees also. No different than the rest of the frauds on the internet
Placed an order #********* on November 11,2024. Still haven't received the package as of today, December 8th. Fashion Nova is not concerned about customers receiving the merchandise, as they have not submitted a claim to UPS nor followed up to assure that I receive the order or a refund.
Order at your own risk and hope that you receive your merchandise or you'll only get an automated email response from them, advising you to contact UPS!
They scammed me with my order. Sold cheap and told me it was out of stock. All 89 items, except Those not on sale. Scamers.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

Answer: Same... placed 2 orders for my vacation. The 25th and 30th of Nov. Needed the dress for my birthday weekend away. I got one dress when I came back and the other one is being delivered today. Just terrible. Bad customer service. Can't reach nobody by phone. All emails I recieved were automatic responses. Not personalized at all
