Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

I ordered jeans but I never received.

ITS FUNNY HOW IM A 1ST TIME CUSTOMER AND YOU GUYS DONT STAND BEHIND YOUR COMPANY. I ORDERED A DRESS FOR MY BABY SHOWER WHICH STATES DELIVERED BUT NEVER CAME. I CONTACTED THE POSTAL SERVICE AS STATED AND MADE A CLAIM AND YOU GUYS ARE STILL SAYING... ONCE IT STATES DELIVERED ITS NOTHING YALL CAN DO. WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY SAYS THAT? BUT ON YOUR WEBSITE THIS IS WHAT YALL ARE SAYING AND I QUOTE "We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact our Customer Care Team within two days of receipt and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible so that you can show off your #NovaStyle!

The more items you order I think the more they screw up the order.

I ordered a pair of fashionnova shorts and was sent a pair of jeans (with the tags not even attached?). I emailed customer service about it and their solution was for me to pay to ship the jeans back and they'd issue me a store credit. So that i can then turn around and repurchase the shorts, and pay for shipping AGAIN. They offer up to $10 to reimburse shipping (in store credit of course). However, i live in pennsylvania so it costs me more than $10 to ship! Explained that customer service and they were less than helpful in their response. Ridiculous. I will never purchase from them again.

Hello, I ordered some outfits from fashionnova and they haven't arrived yet! I am sooo mad so scared these people are trying to steal my money! If they don't deliver my package I will CONTACT A LAWYER AND FIND PROVES AGAINST THEM! I also know a lot of people who haven't received their order either! If you don't put my package on the mail I will contact a lawyer and ask for a indemnity!

Bro i litterally orderd something from them 4 weeks ago and i live in greece and im thinking thats why it hasnt arrived but im starting to get mad worried lol

I ordered 2 pants and was tracking. They shipped with some company I never heard off they are yet to inform me if my order. They say it will take 30days to investigate. Any ways I ordered the same item again via ups shipping they say it will ship overnight they are yet to ship.
