After waiting two weeks to order this, when the pre-orders finally opened up I placed an order within 3 minutes of the time the Mego 4 pack was made available. The order went through and I received a confirmation email telling me that my order went through. Then five and a half hours later, Disney store cancels my order with no solid explanation and no real customer support. Their response- hope that it comes back in stock and check often. Pathetic. How about you honor the order that was placed and accepted? Another case of the big company that doesn't really care about customers or the customer experience.
Never order from this site. Shipping took twice as long, and customer service is poor. You're better off ordering thru Amazon, Walmart, or pretty much anywhere else. Generic email replays are a slap in the face.
Every order had a new issue.
Framed Alice and wonderland print came to me at first with damage to the frame and looked to be poorly packaged. I returned it was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get me a new one sent then I never got a confirmation email of this without calling 6-7 times being on hold for long times. They sent another one 1 week later and again the top was cracked and again poorly packaged. I'm not pursuing a return/refund because of the hassle in dealing with the customer service.
I had an order with several items and suddenly I got an email that 2 items have been refunded and of course not being delivered... Without any further information why it happened.
I have received the rest of the products. I had an inquiry on the website about what happened, that was 12 days ago. The only communication I received was the automated email where I got a number. Now If i want to reorder the 2 missed items I would need to pay for shipping costs as it's not over the free-shipping barrier.
I don't understand how can such a big and prestige company have this bad customer service.
I received an email yesterday saying "Sitewide Savings" of 30% off of orders over $200. I got the kids all excited and told them to pick out some things for Christmas.
After putting about $300 worth of items in the cart, I realized 5 out of 12 items didn't qualify for any discount. Normally Disney uses vague language like "eligible" items, but in this case they said Sitewide Savings. Super deceptive AND illegal. I think I smell a class action lawsuit coming on.
Don't know how you run your company. I returned your product but you guys did not provide my refund. No customer support. Poor service. Taking customers money. Pathetic

For some reason the house nr. In our address details was not mentioned when ordering products at the disney website.
What did they do? Disney decided that we probably should live at house nr. 1.
You could have phoned and asked us or rechecked our order history details.

My wife placed an order for a nice limited Kingdom Hearts Pin. It is her favorite series and she was looking forward to getting a nice pin for it. When we received the package there was no pin but instead a regular Disney mug. We immediately contacted customer service to figure this situation out but was told that they didn't have anymore of the pins so couldn't get one for us. As someone who has worked in a warehouse I can't see how this was not caught before leaving the dock (massive size and weight difference). The brightside is that there was a full refund given to us and we were told to keep the mug but we were still not able to get what was originally paid for.
For a company that prides itself on customer service, they sure do lack in that area. Ordered something on Nov. 10. It's now Dec. 14. Never received an email that my order shipped, yet my bank account was charged. Never received a tracking number either. Took a whole week after inquiring last week (dec. 7) just for them to tell me it had shipped and gave me a tracking number after circle jerking me around. Can't use the tracking number anywhere! They are apparently doing an, "investigation," into where my package is. I expect I probably won't hear from this garbage company until after xmas. Did this early so I wouldn't need to put up with this, YET HERE WE ARE. Shop somewhere else. Disney just wants your money and after they get it, you mean sweet F all to them.
I placed my 1st order on Dec. 10th of 4 Disney Christmas gifts for my grandsons. After 10 days and still no email confirming that my order was shipped, I finally received an email however it wasn't to say that my order has finally shipped. Unfortunately the email said that two of my four items were out of stock. I called their customer service number and after waiting on hold for 40 minutes, I was connected with a representative, who shared more bad news, that the other two items from my order had not only not been shipped yet, but they may or may not, still be available! I am appalled at how poorly this entire process has been handled, especially when the items ordered were clearly Christmas gifts for children who certainly won't be receiving their Disney gifts in time for Christmas, if at all. I would not recommend purchasing anything from the Disney Store as it's not the most Magical place in retail!
Answer: Yes you should be, their normal processing time is 15-25 business day before they ship their products to you. The items may even come separately in later time.
Answer: My advice is to NOT do business with Disney.com. I tried to cancel my order after a few days and they refused to cancel. This order showed up FIVE WEEKS after I ordered it.
