I PURCHASE THE WRONG TICKET FOR DISNEY I CANCELLED TICKET 30 MINUTES LATER,I PURCHASE RIGTH TICKET AND DISNEY DOUBLE CHARGE ME,I CALLED DINEY PARK THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME BACK MONEY,ON UNUSED TICKEK THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO USE TICKET,SELL IT OR USED IN 1 YEAR,AFTER I CANCELLED TICKET

Disneyland truly is the happiest place on earth! The magical atmosphere, thrilling rides, and enchanting character experiences make it an unforgettable destination for families and Disney fans of all ages. The attention to detail in every aspect of the park's design and operations is remarkable. While ticket prices can be steep, the memories made at Disneyland are priceless.

Disneyland is the happiest place on earth, and my family's favorite destination for magical experiences. From thrilling rides to enchanting parades to meet-and-greets with beloved characters, Disneyland offers something for everyone, regardless of age. The attention to detail and customer service are second to none, making every visit truly unforgettable. Disneyland holds a special place in our hearts.

What they don't tell you is that it will likely be sold out in the short term. So if you are traveling, and you hit rain which we did, then you are out of luck. Disneyland stole over $500. Out of our pockets, and would do nothing to refund, or re-schedule our tickets. [We were on a 10 day vacation from out of state]. And with the rain, there were no characters Mickey etc around for the kids to see,,,a total bust for a young family that we met staying in the same hotel. Universal Studios was WONDERFUL, run much better, and you will certainly enjoy their tour. SHAME ON YOU DISNEY, oh and some of their employees were a bit gangster acting as well, wow---welcome to the Happiest Place on Earth.

Staff is great and friendly but management has to change. The policy they implemented is outrageous. The disproportion of the lightning lane vs stand by is truly disrespectful to all the other guests. In both parks, they let at least 20 people in from lightning lane and 4 from the stand by line. Sometimes they even wait for them to get to the front before even letting people in that have been waiting for more than 45-60+ min. The time they advertised is usually way more to get in. Also, Star Wars rides are the same as the ones in Orlando. So if you have been to those rides, dont waste time coming to Disneyland. It is an exact replica. Besides that, rides are cool and staff is very helpful.

I went to Disneyland and California Adventure Park in Anaheim, CA in August and while the park is great, my biggest complaint is that they don't have enough places to sit throughout the park. None of the rides have ANY benches to sit down on while waiting in the long lines! We waited over two hours for some of the attractions and my feet were in so much pain! I have bad feet and was in AGONY! Disney claims to be the "happiest place on Earth" but all I saw was a lot of miserable people complaining about their feet and trying to sit on the rails, on the fence or on the ground. I was definitely one of those people. I felt sorry for other people with bad feet, the elderly, and people with young children. W H Y can't Disney put a few benches throughout the waiting lines on each attraction? My experience at Disney definitely was not a very happy one! I enjoyed my trip, but it was a painful experience!
