How long does disneystore.com take to process a non personalized order.

My advice is to NOT do business with Disney.com. I tried to cancel my order after a few days and they refused to cancel. This order showed up FIVE WEEKS after I ordered it.

Thanks Rose. You're right as I ended up going to a store as that was the most dependable. They were so much more capable.

The problem is that what is on their website is what they follow. I think it is 10 business days to get it out the door and that doesn't mean anything to them either. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, either go to a store or pay for added shipping, they are not dependable.
