Yes you should be, their normal processing time is 15-25 business day before they ship their products to you. The items may even come separately in later time.

Yes, be worried, nervous and scared that the product will not get there. Par for the course for anything Disney online. My belief is that this shop is 100% run offshore and Disney has no clue (and doesn't want to know) how horrible this shop is being ran
