Long story Short. I gave 6 days notice of a cancellation that required 24hrs notice and they will not refund me. They are blaming everyone else except themselves. I spoke to the 3 parties and they said it is up to Travelocity. No matter the savings you get with them it is not worth it.

I will never use Travelocity again.,,It said you can cancel or change your flight with 24 hours.and you call to make changes sorry we cannot help you. U have to contact the airline directly... I should have booked the flight with the airline directly...

Travelocity failed to tell me that the local rental agency did not accept debit cards so my rental was canceled and they refused to give me a refund. ( The term Debit and Credit cards is used interchangeably in our society) Travelocity stole my money. They ripped me off. Multi-billion dollar company taking money from the poor to line there pockets. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know every time I get a chance.

In April 2023, I made a reservation through Travelocity, which entitled me to have a cancellation till the day of pick up, well due to the insurance I was forced to cancel my rental so they issued me a cancellation number, yet they don't return my money. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Travelocity. These people are not trustworthy.
I will never in my life, recommend or trust these people, or use them in the future.

Not worth my time explaining how they rip off people. Anywhere but here! Why pay these con artists to find a car rental that anyone can do, cancel and get your money back if required. Oh except for Travelocity, they will keep your money!

EuropCar Scam with Travelocity
October 1, 2023

We rented a car through Travelocity and Europcar. We we got to the counter the man said we need an international drivers license. We did not have one. He said to call Travelocity for the refund. We did not have internet at the time. So we walked across the room and rented from another agency. No problem. We got internet and looked at our agreement. It said that an international drivers license is needed if you have a " non-roman alphabet license". We both had US licenses in roman alphabet. I had to contact Travelocity several times but they sided with the car company. This is a scam they are in on it helping the car company rip off people. DO NOT RENT FROM EUROPCAR!

Booked our anniversary through them. They booked us with Spirit airlines. Spirit stopped flying into Denver on Jan. 9,2024. Our trip was booked to leave on Feb. 23,2024. Travelocity failed to notify us this in the month they had to do so. The way we found out is when we went in to book our seats. Even though the flight booking was done through Travelocity, they tried to say it was Spirits responsibility - IE passed the buck. Long story short we are stuck with over $400 in cancellation fees with the hotel due to no fault of our own and Travelocity was more worried about cya than helping us. Book through them at your own risk!

Bad Trip
August 18, 2023

I booked a trip with Travelocity. I got to the hotel at midnight and they said they did not have the two queen beds I pre-paid for available, but they would put me in a king room. I needed two beds. They brought me a rollaway bed, but charged me for it. I didn't ask for that, but there was nowhere else to go. Travelocity sold me a room that was NOT AVAILABLE. Then, when I asked their customer service to refund me my money that I had to pay, they refused. They acted like it was my problem. I hate them and I will never ever use that site again. I hope you don't either. It feels horrible to get two thousand miles away from home with other people and not have what you paid for provided.

Price is a total lie, insurance is too

They give you a price for a daily rent. Then when you get to the pick up then the price get inflated by way more than Travelocity told you. They clean their hands saying that those are extra fees by the rental company that they don't control. Dirty business. Also the rental didn't accept the insurance Travelocity sold me so I'm fighting a refund while in my vacations. So why even Travelocity is in the middle if everything they sold you is not what you really have to pay to the rental company? See my receipt, $221.59 in extra charges. Travelocity sold me a rental for $13.70 weekly

Fraud
September 14, 2023

I had to make duplicate flights as mainland flight changed and connection wouldnt work. Duplicate flights on the same day are required by law and policy to allow for a refund. Agent at travelocity told me that I could only get a credit. He Forced the credit! Thats it! No option!. Then after i found out about the duplicate flight law, they refused to refund me because they had already cancelled the flight, and they told me no option but to do that! Rip off! Fraud! You will never get your money back! Buyer BEWARE!
