I first bought my grill and on second use it would not stop feeding pellets into burn chamber. Emptied entire hopper and set ablaze... scorched paint off grill. Called company, they immediately sent new lid, tub and parts to replace damaged parts. Used it again and same thing. Called and they walked me through fire up and found my controller was bad, They immediately sent new controller. In taking controller apart, I found where there was a crimped wire to the thermostat where assembly didn't put it through hole where it was supposed to go, it was crimped around. Fired it up and it has been working perfect every time! I wouldn't trade this grill for any... except maybe a bigger trager!
