BBQGrillMats

These are the grill mats being sold by Chef Caron and so far they have worked well. I have only used them a handful of times but they do work well on the grill, as well as in the oven. They especially work well with fish and vegetables, even grilled leftover pizza which you must try. I am worried about using them at high setting on the grill because I think they may burn up after extended cooking times. Clean up is a breeze and they hold their shape well except for some wrinkles. With 2 per pack I'm sure they will last a long time.
