Had to order a gas line hose after using the grill about 10 times. Customer service said it would take three weeks to send out a new hose. Unacceptable after one season of use. Can not tell you how disappointed I am in the Weber corporation.

Spoke to a supervisor (Drew Jacobs) and this seems to be business as usual.

Not only is Weber a good BBQ but their service in maintaining their warranty is excellent. I always judge a company by the way in which they deal with problems and they come out trumps.
The staff, their keenness to help, make it a pleasure to own a Weber. Take a bow. Well done. It's such a pleasure to experience great customer care.
