I never qualify for any surveys. So what is the point? I can't sit here all day trying each one. I regularly qualify for surveys at other sites (mainly Swagbucks), so I know it's not just my demographic. If the algorithm can't match me with surveys then it is useless.
I was disqualified from so many surveys before even starting and again after completing quite a few also disqualified resulting in no payment. Their LACK OF HELP was hopeless
Hi there,
Thanks for getting in touch.
Sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with your Qmee experience. We are aware that many of our users are experiencing a higher level of declines at the moment due to low survey content. We are working to improve this soon.
In the meantime, please make sure your survey profile is 100% complete and up to date.
Thanks, Jack. Customer SUpport Manager
Absolutely awful buggy app, you usually get bugs when you've spend at least 30 minutes of your precious time on a survey or when you're three quarters of the way through. They've just recently had an update and it's actually made things worse! Don't expect the customer service to be on your side as no matter the issue it's always YOUR fault never theirs. Don't waste your time on this pile of there are better surveys apps out there.
Hi there,
Sorry to hear you have been experiencing an issue.
For some general advice to help get accepted into surveys, we'd recommend you make sure your survey profile is 100% complete and up to date.
Please remember to take your time when answering surveys and answer all of the questions to the best of your ability. Make sure you don't speed through surveys, give dishonest or inconsistent answers.
Thanks, Jack. Customer Support Manager
Spent upto 30 minutes on a survey to be told at the end you weren't accepted and the reward was about 60p! Also they use a company called pure spectrum who are fraudulent and will never reward you for any surveys but like taking your details. Avoid at all costs because even if you sign up they won't let you leave and take your details off the site.
Hi there,
Thanks for getting in touch.
We are aware that some of our users have been experiencing a higher number of survey declines in recent weeks than usual.
Our survey providers have a lower number of surveys available than usual for this time of year. Less surveys means more users are entering into the same surveys, and they're filling up much faster.
We are working with our partners to improve the situation which we hope to do soon.
Thanks, Jack. Customer Support Manager
This site would be ok if they didn't have a corrupt organisation namely pure spectrum on there. Pure spectrum are not offering any surveys and a general search of the company suggests they are corrupt. I have reported this to qmee many times now to no avail. This leads me to believe qmee do not vet any of the survey providers they use and therefore be very careful what information you give. To see if it's a pure spectrum survey just click at the bottom of the survey and the details of the provider come up. If it's pure spectrum, exit straight away.
I used to be able to complete a fair amount of surveys but now more often than not there's errors in them that prevent you from finishing them. Also I've complained to them a few times regarding Pollfish surveys that let you reach the end of the survey and then reject it leaving you with wasted time and no payout. Another thing is that some surveys not only don't pay out but you get flagged as giving poor quality responses which is ridiculous. Complete sentences and not speeding through I would assume are quality responses. I think some survey places they're using are doing this on purpose so they won't have to pay out. They need to screen their survey partners better in order to weed out the ones who are profiting from this
Used to be a very good survey site a few years ago.Now its full of rubbish surveys which nine times out ten are a complete waste of time.Customer service should be removing site fillers and misleading surveys. The annoying american drawl pig comments should also be removed.I would reset the survey site as to how it used to be and making it more user friendly
Hi James,
We are aware that some of our users have been experiencing a higher number of survey declines in recent weeks than usual. I'm really sorry about this as I know it is extremely frustrating.
Our Survey Tech Team have been investigating into this over the last couple of weeks and their findings suggest that this has been caused by a couple of reasons including the following:
1. The same surveys have been provided by a number of our surveys partners - which means you may have already taken part in a survey via one survey partner, so if a different survey partner invites you to that survey again, unfortunately, they will have to decline you (as you've already taken the survey).
2. There's been an increase in quality measures by our survey partners which are used to detect poor survey practices such as inconsistencies in survey profiles, straight-lining (providing identical/similar responses to every question in the survey) and speeding through surveys. Survey partners are now more likely to decline surveys for 'quality reasons'. To avoid this happening please check that your survey profile is accurate and up to date and that you are answering surveys to the best of your ability and that you take your time.
3. The survey content is much lower across the whole industry at the moment, which means more declines are likely as the surveys will get filled up more quickly.
I can assure you we are working closely with our Survey Partners to improve the situation, and we really hope they're able to do this very soon - it's very frustrating for us when our users aren't happy and are getting lots of declines.
Thanks, Jack. Customer Support Manager
Very easy way to make money! I just don't like when starting some of the surveys, after several minutes, a message comes up saying I didn't approve of it. They still don't pay the least of a few cents.
But the surveys that do qualify, they pay and able to cash out right away. No matter how much money it is. A fast way but still somewhat time-consuming.

I have been trying to cash out my earnings since yesterday. It keeps saying that there is a "problem" and to reach out to customer support. The problem is that all I received was an automated response. No one has responded to me, and I am still not able to cash out. I've been using this site for years, and have never had an issue. Now, all of a sudden, the site is not working.
Hi there,
Sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue cashing out.
Please contact the support team at support@qmee.com with a screenshot of the error message so they can look into this for yuo.

Qmee really needs to hold the survey providers responsible. I get dropped more than not. Some drop me after one or two questions. Others drop you just before you finish. That's dirty. They get your opinion for free. JB Powder is very good at that. They offer the most pay but dump you just before you finish. Qmee should make the providers pay you according to the time you spent in the survey. Something is better than nothing for your time. To let the providers get away with that is a rip off.
Hi Jennie,
Thanks for getting in touch.
Our survey providers have a lower number of surveys available currently, which means content is low at the moment.
Less surveys means more users are entering into the same surveys, and they're filling up much faster - which means the rate of declines has increased.
None of the information you give for a survey that gets declined by the survey provider is kept or used by them (or by us) - it's deleted by the survey provider.
If you have completed all your surveys, why not take a look at your cashback and gaming tabs to see what other easy earners we have for you!
Thanks, Jack. Customer Support Manager
I agree with previous comments that it now takes a huge amount of time to get accepted for a survey, which then usually pays a pittance if you manage to make it to the end.
However, I am more concerned about the fact of poor-quality surveys that do not work as they should, or leave respondents stranded on their own sites after the survey is completed, so denying them even that pittance. Qmee does not bother to remove such surveys, despite reports.
Some surveys decline you after you have answered all the questions. Complaints about this always get a canned response from the AI robots at Qmee customer (dis)service, which tries to place all blame on the respondents, accusing them of rushing through, not paying attention, not answering honestly. This is as good an example of gaslighting as you can find!
Recently, I landed in a "survey" that wanted me to spend real money! I received a canned response to my complaint, which did not address that issue at all.

Answer: Uninstall the app & move on to something else. Even if you get surveys, QMee will have to complete most of it & say you don't qualify towards the end. Then QMee will blame everything accept themselves.
Answer: Their office address is available, if you are quick and have strong arms I'm sure you could grip one and give it a seeing to.
Answer: Their reliability and due diligence has proven them to be an amazing company.
Answer: Try JustPlay as it's 100% better than QMEE because; 1. You can cash out anything after first $1.00 2. Or you can stack money up and cash out later 3. Many games to play to earn and new ones added 4. Never had one issue with them 5. Most reputable app I've found 6. Want make you rich but can earn money for extras
