This app sucks! You can only take out your cash when hit 25.00. The app has things that's not even sold in the store! Mainly Sam's club! I will never get to 25.00! I make out better using the Fetch app!
I was not given credit for some offers I purchased. I contacted the Ibotta Care Team. They responded so quickly, I was amazed and grateful! They resolved my problem quickly and efficiently. I love ibotta! I appreciate ibotta and the staff greatly!
My last receipt showed I purchased 3 boxes of Triscuits. Ibotta had a cash back for $1.00 for each box, limit of 5 boxes. I was given a $2.00 cash back instead of the $3.00 cash back. Please correct this problem and apply the extra $1.00 to my Ibotta account

The Ibotta process works extremely well in processing receipts. For the few times that I haven't received cash back, the Ibotta customer service team has always responded promptly and generously. Thank you!
Not sure what happened, but my money which was almost $100 disappeared around the 1st of January. They sent me directions on what to do! Great experience
I love Ibotta but occasionally have a problem or glitch getting cash back and I reach out to the help center. They are helpful, kind and always fix things. Recently I was denied $2.50 cash back on eggs at feed Meyer. I reached out and received the money in my account the same day. Thank you so much.
The app is great and easy to use! The savings are amazing and really add up! In about three years of using it I have earned over $700! Their customer service is great! I have been using this app for years and it has really helped me save money. It is easy to use and if there is ever a problem (which rarely happens) they are always helpful and fast to reply. I highly recommend!
I have been using Ibotta to save money on groceries for a couple of years, and have always been very impressed with their customer service. This experience, however, was special. For Ibotta to offer a $2.50 rebate on eggs at a time when the cost of eggs is so high is another example of how much they want to assist the consumer.
