This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The software does not work nor did it provide the features that was advertised. They will not refund you no matter what, the website states money back guarantee yet they refuse to honor their own policy. I have been trying for weeks to get a refund, all they do is ignore you, then they say we turned off auto-billing, what does that have to do with a refund? I just want my money back but it is almost impossible to get them to refund me but I won't stop trying.
Now because they have failed me, I have had to try out other alternatives and it has occurred to me that this was actually the best way to get what I was looking for.

Gee they are good! I thought I had asked enough questions and searched online for reviews (obviously fake ones) Took my money, then said they needed more $$ to find out the information I needed as the email address had a firewall. Obviously I knew that, as it's why I hired them in the first place! They have not responded to my request for a refund and have blocked my email address from their website.
