They don't send automatic order confirmations, which can be worrying. Received the order confirmation after 2 days and the item was delivered in 1 week (which was more than fine as New Years day was included in this week). Overall I am happy with the experience and would order from Computeruniverse again because they have very competitive prices and good customer service.
I placed many orders from this seller in the past and never had an issue. In my latest order, the shipment was apparently lost in transit. I tried to contact them multiple times, only got one reply saying they would check, but nothing else. 3 months later, I'm still waiting for a reply and refund.

Bought a 3080 on 15th December.
Was sent to the wrong country via DHL.
After contacting them they told me they will investigate it. That as in December. It is now July and I have still not received any money back. I am down 1044 euro. They seem to of stopped writing back to me.
They told me they had asked DHL to investigate and will get back to me but nothing has changed.
They will be rude to you on the phone too if you call up and make you feel stupid for wanting your money back.
Only thing I can do now is spread the word about how bad this company is.
I just hope they will refund me at least, but I am not holding my breath

They delay orders. They have shipped an order in parts at different days without notifying us.

They got paid for the purchase of an iphone, then cancelled our order and did not refund us either! Without notifying us of course.

Then all they have to say is "NO ENGLISH", without even considering passing the line through to a colleague that may speak English, which makes it an endless debate between me and a German speaker.

They cancelled my order (****************) and banned my account without any reason. I called them and they said it's because I'm Russian. I'm Armenian and I'm from Armenia. Armenia is not Russia. CU are nazi.
Website promissed 1-2 days delivery. It took 10 days and the item was damaged. Ok, bad louck, maybe, but this company is taking more than 20 days to replace it. Worst buying experience I`ve ever had in my life. Terrible customer service.
This shop took my money and ignores me for 3weeks! Plus they delete all comments! No answer and customers supports at all! Don't buy anything here. They don't answer to your mails and phone, they delete all bad comments, they change your shop status wherever they want. They only take your money. I send more then 20 mails and zero answer. Scam shop and worst shop ever.
I ordered a NAS. Condition choosen on the website: paying after delivery. After confirmation I got the message: unfortunately not in your case. I am a new customer, so why? A reason is not given. On their request I paid in advance. Then the announcement came that the price was not correct. It should be a 20% higher. In fact the price was about the same as their competitor. A day later there was a new offer: a lower price! Obviously another mistake. They offered me a refund. Now I am waiting for my refund, waiting, waiting. For days. It seems this business is not reliable.

The support of the shop are clowns. They couldn't delivery package to me and it was returned to them but now they can't make refund.
They said your bank under the sanctions. NO! I receive payments from the whole World and even from Germany.
The clowns also said me you have to find new bank account or we can't help you. FIND NEW BANK ACCOUNT
So I rate it as a regular SCAM.

They cancelled my order without any permission 2 days before the delivery. I didn't get my money back yet. Customer service doesn't help. Do not trust this company. They even hang up on my calls.
