Absolutely appalling customer service from the F1 Autocenters Crawley branch. I contacted them regarding an issue with Cooper tyres and was completely ignored. Spoke to Darren who promised to help but never followed up. Adam did the same thing. Both lied and shifted blame. Felt like they couldn't be bothered to assist me. Tried contacting the manager directly as advised by customer service but got intercepted. No one took accountability. Just a total waste of my time.
I wrote to F1's customer service to make them aware of how poorly I was treated but they didn't even have the decency to respond. Clearly customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.
Stay away from this branch if you want anything done properly and don't expect any customer service. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same. Cooper Tyres should also be made aware of how poorly their customers are being treated here.
Due to a malfunction I could first only close the basic F1TV, reported, the day later I could choose F!TVPro. Because I don't have a credit card through google play. That went well, but then F1 couldn't activate it due to interference. 2 days later e-mail with apologies and that the button would be there now, so not, print screens sent and you just keep getting the same e-mail back with apologies and that I can just close it again. But also that I am sorry but unfortunately no longer get a trial period, so testing whether it works is simply not allowed despite the fact that it is their fault, which is unprofessional and customer-unfriendly.
Also don't know if I want to keep watching Formula 1, money kills the sport, Viaplay charging extortionate prices and Formula 1 not delivering and letting the customer swim, shame
Bro! I love the F1! What a show! And their website is extremely professional, all information, products, background, videos. Man! Lets do this! I want new season to start right now!
