Took loot, promised next day shipping. Ghosted. 5 days later sent email. Typical BS lip service. Promise to follow up, 3 more days crickets. Filed fraud claim with CC. Not the company they once were. Go with Amazon or Walmart they use 3rd party drop ship also but stand behind the product they peddle, cheaper too.

2nd set both the same on 71 c10. Passenger side ok on both sets. Drivers side not turned enough to slide in exhaust pipe. Points down too much. All they can say is the product has a 4.3 review so it must be good.

Would not stand behind product for a refund!
Said it was dirty and bolted on. OK
How else am I suppose to see if it works?

Awful experience customer service guy Jim is a jerk does not want to help anyone. Terrible experience would not recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a truck wheel from Summit on 06/19/23. After almost a month and no wheel, sent an email asking about shipping status. Summit's reply was the wheel would ship by 10/30/23. Three more months! Asked Summit to cancel the order and refund my payment. Now waiting for refund. Hope that doesn't take three months!

Tried to have a price match done, Summit said the competitors item was out of stock.
Found a competitor who had the item in stock, Summit matched their price, but the item was out of stock for Summit, when it showed it was on stock, I received an email saying delivery date would tentatively be Sept 15. Over two weeks out? Shameless, looks like Jegs or Amazon will ge the go to for orders.

Main reason for review is summit will not post my review of the products I received from them. The other is the products themselves were low quality. I bought a set of 4 american racing torque thrust wheels from them and went through 9 of them before I was able to make a complete set of 4 that were not warped, wobbling when checked for radial and lateral runout. They ARE made in china and are machined poorly with obviously low quality control and inspection. I was jerked around a little with return procedures and labeling, but in the end, was able to put together a fair set of wheels, after a lot of aggravation.

I placed an order for an item that showed in stock on the Summit website. To ensure the order was received, I called Summit and was informed that the item would ship from the manufacturer as Summit had no stock. I then personally contacted the manufacturer and learned that only two units were left.
Concerned about the low stock, I called Summit back to expedite my order, and they confirmed it would be processed the same day. However, days went by without receiving a tracking number. When I called and chatted with Summit, they could not provide an update. Upon contacting the manufacturer again, I discovered that Summit had not placed the order.
Summit claimed they had placed the order and were waiting for tracking. They also incorrectly stated that the manufacturer could not confirm orders without Summit's internal purchase order. Three days later, I received a cancellation email from Summit.
This experience was a complete waste of time. I placed the order directly with the manufacturer and promptly received a tracking number. Summit's customer service is a joke.

I have a 94. Ford F-350 four-wheel drive. ZF5 transmission.
The first one they sent me did not have reverse.
The second one they sent me. Had a cracked case.
The third one they sent me did not have second.
The fourth one they sent me did not have second.
I had two different professional mechanics install it.
I'm out the installation fee times 4.
I have a truck that does not have second. Please stay away. Please do not waste your time. Go somewhere else.
