Fox Racing

I've only used foxracing.com once to buy motorcycle boots in June of 2021. It was quite a while before I actually used the boots, hence this later review. They arrived quickly and were good quality at a decent price. I would use them again.

I like Fox Racing a lot. They have amazing products, but also the energy and community they form is great. They have high quality materials (ok the gloves can be a little iffy) and it is durable and protective. The protection and comfort is unmatched. They have innovative products, and the designs is eye catching. I buy things from gloves and pads to hats and stickers. A huge thank you to them for all the events the athletes and events they help out with.

I placed an order with Fox today. Several hours later, I remembered a couple items that I forgot. I called Fox racing and got Marissa on the phone who only wanted to give me instructions on how to place and separate order or cancel the order and start over. At no point did she offer to take my order or help me get the items that I wanted to purchase. I have been using Fox products for 20+ years. I usually get great customer service. Not today. I canceled the order
