Patpat AU

I've ordered a few things from PatPat and very happy with the service and quality. Plus the prices are great. I don't want to spend a lot of money on maternity or baby clothes as they won't be used for long so PatPat is ideal.
I was especially impressed with the nappy bag I ordered as it comes with a zip-in change map - see photos.
I also recently ordered some dresses that didn't fit me and there's been no issue getting a refund. I'll definitely shop here again.

I am very impressed with customer service. It was my first order with patpat and unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I emails very next day to change or cancel my order. My order was packed already and was ready to dispatch. I was amazed how quickly patpat responded back to my query. Rachel kept me updated with the processing of my request and she resolved it within 2 days. Thank you Rachel and Patpat.
