This is the best site for all parents, and a definite gem for a new parent. Whether it's an itch a parent is clueless about, or a baby who won't sleep or stop crying, or a curiosity as to whether a parent is doing something right, Parents.com has all those covered and is always ready with an answer. And given all the contributions by other parents in the platform, it makes one feel less lonely in whatever they are going through.

STAY AWAY FROM KEYPARENTS.COM

I ordered a product from keyparents.com called "Periodic Table Display with Elements" and you can see all of the available similar named products at their site here: https://keyparents.com/search?query=elements Note that ALL of these products say that they include the chemical elements: "The Periodic Table Display with Real Elements". The problem is that when the order confirmation came to me by email it said: "Item: Periodic Table Display with Elements Variant: Without Element Quantity: 1" I then sent an email saying that I ordered a unit WITH the elements and either wanted the order corrected or cancelled, but I got no reply. In the end, it took nearly 2 months to receive the product and it indeed did NOT include the element samples, just little pictures of them. I then started an email exchange with support. They said I ordered the wrong product, but as you can see, all versions on the site INCLUDE the elements, so it was not possible to order it without them.

In the end I had to open a case with PayPal, who helped broker a return and full refund, but I still had to ship the product back (from Canada to Australia) and pay the shipping which was about half of the product value, so I am VERY dissatisfied with keyparrents.com.
