This is a great site. I've been looking for a couple people that I knew from a long time ago who were in and out of jail and this has helped cleared and given me closure to a life that I no longer support so thank you.!
The alerts do not tell me anything and are not very helpful. I need to understand if the person moved, got a new number etc. it's not clear. Also there is too much misinformation and details that are easily available on Google lacking on your site.
