Say that items are in stock and that shipping would take 6-10 days only to later, after requesting an answer to where your product is, send an standardised message that the manufacturer has problems and is taking longer. After a couple of weeks our product finally arrived. Others seem not to have been that lucky.

Years ago I ordered with this company and never got my stuff. RecentlyI tried again: 2 items, one of which turned out to be 'not available' I chose another. After a MONTH I got word that the items had been sent. But only the one menorah I exchanged arrived. Letters got unanswered, no reaction whatever. $64 down the drain. Thank you very much, You really know how to do business..
I found my wife's wedding ring through this catalog, my wife no one has a ring nearly as beautiful and respectful of our relation ship. The service received has always been excellent and items purchased have meet our needs as expected. Regarding Jewish items I will always come to World of Judaica.
I ordered something in Jan and then received a tracking order that it had been shipped Problem was that the tracking order was not connected to a real delivery I have tried numerous times to contact them an IF i get a response, it's that they will get back to me with further details. I am still waiting for my product, a decent response or my money refunded. I am finalising a complaint with Pay Pal tomorrow
Charged my credit card for a duplicate order (due to their glitchy website). I returned the duplicate per their instructions, but they never refunded my money! Initially apologetic, they have since refused to respond to my messages and no answer at phone number. Seem to be stealing money regularly from customers.
A real shame, because I liked their products.
You had a sale on a chai, a lovely plain gold one. I sent for one and received a chai with a different design. I also sent for a chain which turned out to be so slender, it can easily break. Also, your company would benefit from a clear and easy to use return system.

Everything arrived in tip top shape - wrapped safe enough to endure the trip across the sea! Beautiful jewelry and authentic items from Israel. Even when there a problem with billing - I received excellent and kind service and things easily got resolved.
I purchased 2 bottles of oil on match 26,2016 and I was told it would be between 12-22 days when I receive my product. Well it's June 6 (40 days later) and I have nothing. They won't even respond to my emails. Kind of funny how a Jewish company who believes in God would rob a child of God. But God said "I will repay". Seriously just because it's from Israel doesn't make it any better. There's no magic in oil. It's just what God said for us to do when we pray (Anoint them). Shown your money somewhere else

Cheaters and liars!
Placed an order for a $30 product, and was told their billing department would not approve my credit card. Insisted I make a form of cash payment (bank wire, PayPal, etc). Offered 1.5% discount (on $30? Really?).
I checked with my bank and they confirmed the charge authorization was APPROVED and the merchant cancelled the order 4 minutes later. Makes sense because in 31 years, I've NEVER had a charge declined. EVER.
I don't understand why this merchant plays these secret games. If they don't want my credit card, be HONEST and explain what's really going on and not deceive your customer into paying cash so you save a few pennies on your credit card fees.
Deceitful liars.
Answer: Yes, I also received that request from them. My order was over $1000 though. They said it was a security measure due to the relatively large order size and that my billing and shipping address weren't the same. The order went through with no other issues though and was shipped on time so I was overall satisfied with the service.
