I contacted the company mid-December to check as I hadn't received notice that my items had been shipped, they said they were doing their best to get my order shipped and would let me know when it was. Why does it take so long for WoJ to ship an order when all items ordered state "in stock"? Is your average turn around time 6 WEEKS to ship? Would REALLY APPRECIATE a reply as to what has happened to delay the shipment of my order#3737613!?!?!?!?!

Has anyone ever been asked for Proof of ID for orders over $500?

Answer:
Yes, I also received that request from them. My order was over $1000 though. They said it was a security measure due to the relatively large order size and that my billing and shipping address weren't the same. The order went through with no other issues though and was shipped on time so I was overall satisfied with the service.
