Every week the drivers go out of their way to put my recycling bin in the middle of my driveway. I have seen them in my rear view mirror fling the bin across my yard and slam into my trailer. Week after week I complain and still it continues. Management obviously approves, or something would have been done. I would have been contacted. A YEAR now I have been deeling with this and management APPROVES,
Waste Management will no longer pick up my trash because of a "change in their policy". I am disabled. When I called last week, the supervisor told me they would try to again accommodate my needs, and she said would personally call me back when she found out if it was possible. After waiting 7 days, I called back and was told that there was nothing they could do, and I should have discontinued my service when I first called in, and that I was also responsible for the this week's pickup they never made.
They also refuse to refund over two months of what I paid for pickups, saying "Our policy is we do not make refunds".
I would rate their service as average, but if you ever have any problems, you will be crap out of luck, unless you don't mind being lied to, and being screwed out of your money.
If you live in an average community or house you are treated like lower class scum. Better live in a home worth 1 million or more if you want customer service! Workers are way too lazy. They actually insulted me! And customer service was absolutely NO help at all. I guess they just want the paycheck without having to work. Horrible company!
He we go again. I talked to waste management about my recycling container fines for a small bag of trash charge of $268.00 each time. I cannot lock the container since it has no way to lock it and in poor condition so they can keep charging me $268.00 each time. Now they say they will change out my container for $150 charge instead of making sure their equipment is in good shape they want to charge me more money so I can lock it. Beware this company is very hostile to their customers and don't care about being fair or making sure their dumpsters are in working order. Very poor customer relations and very bad policies. Look at the dumpsters no way to lock them so they can charge me fines almost every month. Poor condition of their containers I have to pay them $150 to get a locking dumpster each. Why are they so toxic to customers. They don't care!
Thursday,December 01, they mix our recycling with our yard waste then take it to a building to separate it then take the recycling to the cycling center in Gwinnett County Georgia. This is counter productive and the yard waste will contaminate the recycling. All Waste Management cares about is saving time which doesn't save money because of fuel costs. I hope my town doesn't renew their contract.
I would love to give them a minus on the stars! They pick up my recycling but do not pick up my garbage! Same type of truck though! Site my road conditions are too dangerous because of snow. I live in Michigan, SHOCKER it snows in Michigan! WHO KNEW! They also go weeks without pickup when it is summer too! Their customer service is rude and condescending! But be prepared to wait for hours trying to reach them! The don't answer or probably even read their emails! They refuse to refund the month I refuse to use! " They state they don't have too". I will be contacting the AG of MICHIGAN and the BBB! I would encourage everyone who has been taken by this joke of a company to do the same!
It's too bad a monster company is not able to hire competent people. I've read the other reviews and it's pretty clear to me that they could not care less about their customers. They have a monopoly for sure in Gwinnett county. Nothing you can do to them and they know it very well. What a shame. I could not sleep at night if I treated people when I was in business for over 45 years the way they have treated these customers that I have read the reviews of and my own personal experience in the last several days. I'm not bitter I'm too old to do that. I know it will all work out. Just thought I would get on this site and see what others have had to say and now I have and I can say to them I am very sorry.
I work for a business that rely heavily on getting rid of organic waste (FOOD WASTE) We are state regulated to keep a clean and tidy working area to reduce rodent and bug infestation. We are on a twice a week schedule. They miss more than they get right on the pickups due to new drivers and faulty paperwork/instruction. You call them to get it straightened out and they make no attempt to expedite your request and set you up for the exact same schedule you were on. Basically they do nothing about there mistakes. This has happened OVER and OVER and OVER again. It is plain to see reading there reviews there is defiantly an issue that needs to be addressed here and if you have any other options I would strongly recommend you try another company first. REALLY!

Liars and for sure they take big advantage on their old clients like they tried doing it with me BUT f…. Them. I did. I switch and if they buy the company I switched to I will empty my garbage in the back of the truck and go shove it where they are taking it. I will leave trash for the trash. When I quit them they charged me 700.00 dollars to take their dumpsters out of my property. Please tell me what do you call that? Aren't they thieves?
When you read a good review about them that would be o e of their trash posting it as they ask their trash to do so. Never trust them. Trust a roach but not them.
My husband owns an electrical business, and we accumulate a lot of waste for this reason. Decided to get a dumpster in October if 2021. Things seemed to be going well until January of 2022. Our pickups are constantly missed, so much so we have gotten one in the last month. I called this morning and spoke to a very rude "customer service" rep who informed me curtly that it's up to the driver's discretion if they want to complete a pickup due to weather "for their safety". It rained about two hours yesterday morning and hasn't rained since. (Pickup was scheduled for this morning). This is absolutely laughable. We're charged entirely too much to have *maybe* one pickup per month. Looking back on our service records, they've claimed they did a pickup twice already this month, but it's funny to me how these two services don't have picture evidence like the previous ones. My overflowing dumpster determined that was a lie. Also, we've been double charged in the past and finally just gave up on getting a refund. This company is a scam and needs to be reported to the BBB.
Answer: You can't. No number to call. They NEVER respond to e-mails. If it WAS possible to contact them they would spend all day doing so. Look at all their negative reviews online!
