These guys were friendly, quick, on time, and had great customer service. My old freezer had set for a few months waiting on another pickup service to come haul it away. When I finally got tired of waiting and called Junk Platoon, the freezer was gone less than 24 hours later. I highly reccomend this company!
Fletcher and Todd came on time and finished removing the junk from my house and yard quickly. The price of the removal service was affordable and cheaper than other quotes I had received. I am a repeat customer and plan to continue choosing Junk Platoon.
The appointment was scheduled for 2:00. They had an opportunity to come early and called to see if it would work out. Unfortunately, it wouldn't but they were here right when agreed and had everything loaded in about 10 minutes.
All items requested to be taken were picked up on the designated date and time.
Business was taken care of in a professional manner. A courtesy call was made prior to arrival, the introduction was friendly and informative, and work began quickly to load items for removal.
The cost for pick up and removal was very reasonable.
I hired them to remove construction debris from a condo that was being remodelled. The arrived on time, were polite and hard-working, and did everything we needed. I'll hire them again.
