Missed Pickups

7+ pickup misses once 3 weeks in row. They pickup across the street but never come back. The worst service provider ever.

Poor service

I'll give whitetail another chance, trucks smash dumpsters, found in the middle of road, incredible poor service. When called only apology's...come on do better or you will be replaced by a larger company, you may have the monopoly but please do better.

Very bad service
March 21, 2023

We've had them now for 5 weeks and every week I had to call due to either missing the trash or recycling. They seemed to get the trash pick up straightened out but leave the recycling every week! Still waiting for a call back from the supervisor and for a recovery pick up! I do not recommend their service! You get what you pay for!

Let me start off by saying I worked for this company for a very short amount of time. And then that short amount of time I've seen a lot of unethical things within the organization from the CEO to the owner. I could no longer work for this company I handed in my equipment to the sales manager and left. If you're looking for a trash or to use use any other hauler but Whitetail disposal.

Whitetail truly is "THE WORST" trash company I have ever dealt with. I
Was a customer of Diamond Waste for at least 30 years until Whitetail took them over.
This crappy company would either leave my recycle bin behind, or my trash can! Between April and July I had to call Whitetail five times for a recovery.
This of course was very frustrating and needless to say, inconvenient because my trash can would sit at the side of the road from Monday until Thursday. Now I had to get on the phone usually for at least a half hour wasting my time to set up a recovery for them to pick up the trash that they neglected. I have mentioned to them enough times that my bill is always paid on time however, I'm not getting the service that I am paying for. I have even asked them to credit my account due to their negligence and they refuse to do so.
The bottom line is you would be better off paying a little bit more with a reputable company, than to pay a little less with Whitetail.

Worst garbage pickup company ever!

Bad things about Whitetail Disposal
1. Inconsistencies with trash pick-up schedules. Sometimes they come early in the day, sometimes they come late. Sometimes they come the day after the normal day.
2. Recently raised prices
3. No one ever answers the phone or returns a call
4. We do not get bills on time or ever, in some cases
5. Their billing department is clueless

One would think that all trash services are the same. They have one job to do, pick-up the garage every week. How hard is that? For Whitetail Disposal, it seems to be a very difficult task.

I made the mistake of switching over to Whitetail Disposal last year because they were cheaper than what I had been paying. The very first pickup that was scheduled – no one came. I should have known then that this was not a good company, but I was locked in for a year (early cancelation fee of $75.00). They got on track and things were okay until I scheduled a bulk pick-up. I had a couch to toss and I called to schedule the pickup. They said it would be a few days… no one came. After a week and a half, I had a friend take it away. I was then charged for the bulk pick-up on my next bill. I tried to cancel at this point (March 2021), but that is when I found out about the early termination fee, so I canceled my cancellation request.

At the beginning of July, no one came for my trash. I called to find out what was up. No one answered the phone or ever called me back after I left a message. I ended up emailing and found out my service had been cancelled. This was two months after I had tried to cancel and then didn't because of the termination fee, so I was very confused. Things finally got straightened out again and now it is September and we were charged all kinds of late fees for missing the Jul-Aug-Sep payment. We never got a bill in the mail and I never thought anything about it. I thought it had been paid over the phone when my service stopped in July, so I thought I was good until the end of September. Nope! So, it was my mistake for missing a payment, but tacking on $22.50 in late fees? No thanks! Also, the rates went up with no notice. The payment was $65.00 for trash and recycling for three months, billed quarterly. Now there are all these extra charges for recycling and fuel that brings my quarterly bill to $78.00.

They also leave a mess behind…
