Just wanted to give a shout out on the great service that I received when I called whatapair.com to place my shoe order. I had a couple of questions and was able to speak to the owner, who was very helpful in every way. I know that I will continue to shop on line with whatapair.com. First, I have to say that the line of shoes and styles that www.whatapair.com carry are fantastic and up to the minute in style. I had the privelge of speaking with the owner the other day when I had a question about a couple of pair of shoes, and she was one of the most pleasant women that I have spoken to, and was very helpful. The experience of ordering shoes from www.whatapair.com was one of the best on line experiences that I have ever had. I can assure you that I will continue to order from www.whatapair.com. Oh, and when I received my shoes they had put a gift in my order, an adorable purse hanger! Thank you again What A Pair!
The owner of this website is rude and very un-accomodating of customers. I always purchase tons of pairs of Yellow Box flip flops every spring. I purchased 47 pairs from www.whatapair.com. I was contacted by the owner. They refused to process my order since it was so large. I make several large online shopping purchases monthly - many with zappos - and have never had this issue. She was rude and hateful and most unhelpful. I decided to make my purchase from planet shoes. I got 20% off my entire order so I saved money and wasn't hassled. I would NEVER purchase from www.whatapair.com. Never!
I bought a pair of shoes from whatapair.com. They were my size, however they were a juniors style with a round short toe. They seem to run short. I noticed on the shipping receipt a bright orange sticker saying " all sales are final" NO RETURNS. I turned the page over to a nicely printed out return policy saying "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!. RELAX AND SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE. EVERY PURCHASE COMES WITH A 15-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE." (what a farse.) WHAT A CONTRADICTION. So, I didn't know what to believe.
I thought it was at least worth a try calling to see if I could return them or at least exchange them. Thirty seconds into my reason for calling, I could not hear myself speak. The woman on the other line was talking over me so fast, and was extremely rude. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and again, I received the same rudeness. I thought, what kind of customer service is this?

I ordered a pair of Valentino Rock Stud shoes that were listed as a size 7, but when they arrived, they were a size 7.5! Shop Hers failed to take responsibility, they contacted the seller and said that it fits like a 7 so they listed as a 7. Then what is the whole point of your site? Aren't you supposed to guarantee the accuracy and authenticity of the products? Did someone not notice that the size advertised did not match the actual size of the product that was sent to you? You would think that Customer Service would take the shoes back and give me a full refund but they refused. I could not believe it. It was clearly their error and they failed to take responsibility and remedy the issue. And all of this correspondence with their representatives was via email. There was absolutely no way of talking to a LIVE person over the phone. RIDICULOUS! I ended up having to re-sell the shoes myself and you better believe I did not do it on Shop Hers - I went to Ebay which is much more reliable and customer-service oriented. I highly recommend NOT purchasing from this site.
