A sign at the Walmart Pharmacy says making refills online is faster and easier. But when you try to login, it asks if you want to use a password or get a code. After selecting and using a password, the next screen requires a code, forcing the customer to open another window/browser tab and log into their email, which on a public computer is a security risk. (Then you still need a PIN to finish logging in.)
If you just take the prescription vial into the store, they refill the prescription WITHOUT even asking for ID.
It's bad enough that the prices are cheaper online... I can't understand how they can pay an employee to put something on the shelf, then pay to have someone get it from the shelf just to sell it cheaper.
AND it looks like "Contact Us" has disappeared from the website, just like it did from Amazon's website. Guess they don't want to hear from their customers.
So, found an item I wanted advertised for $59.99 online and went to store. They had one (or more) on the shelf (behind locked glass) with a shelf price of $99.99. Looked it up on my phone and, sure enough, says 'online price'. "Lead" at front desk says they won't honor the online price and won't 'price match'.
I can order online for same day pickup at the store, but I can't walk in and buy it at the reduced price. Walmart.com is willing to sell it to me for 'pickup', pay Walmart Associate (probably the same person that they paid to put it on the shelf) to get it and repackage it for 'pickup'... all at a lower price.
This is the second time this has happened to me. After getting home the last time, I cancelled my Walmart account and asked that my personal information be removed from their servers. Unfortunately, over the past month, I've gotten email requests for 'reviews' of purchases I've made - apparently Walmart did NOT delete my information AND THEY ARE TRACKING ME BY MY DEBIT CARD!
I live 108 miles from walmart so i always wanna make sure the items i need are in stock. They say they have one available to pick up. Well then they want to substitute a $250 item...Brand specific with something walmart brand.nope Why Bother. Then they hold your money up for 10 days when they have failed to provide the items they say they have in stock.
Through the Walmart website I ordered some products from Jiahong. I was told there was a three day delivery time. I should have received delivery on January 15 and it is 7:30pm on January 18 and no delivery. Apparently the product arrived at a FedEx location for delivery but Jiahong told FedEx not to deliver it. I have been working with both Walmart and FedEx and still have not received my order. On the Walmart website I just saw that even though their products seem ok, they have a 2.3 rating as a seller. Among their reviews the words delayed shipping occurs very frequently. I do not recommend buying anything from them.
We arrived at 4:30 for our 5 o clock appt. We stood at the desk and waited 15 minutes before anyone came to help. After confirming our appt, they were unable to find the tires I ordered online. According to service tech, they should have been pulled earlier that day.
Side note, there was only one other car in the bay with about 5 employees in the garage. They finally got my truck in at 5:30 to start the process. One employee would work on changing and balancing my tires as 3 would watch. One employee decided to start a boxing match with a pile of tires. I guess they don't realize they are being watched through the glass.
This process took over an hour and a half. After being told the truck was finished, they proceeded to tell us they needed to do a figure eight out in the parking lot. This meant they were going to perform cheerios in the parking lot with my vehicle. The employee attempted this while the others watched. He was able to do this as my wife yelled "its in four wheel drive, please don't do that. They just laughed. Not to mention, coming close to hitting other cars in the parking lot. I'm sure its on their security cameras.
1) Ordered a men's winter coat for winter ($100) and it NEVER arrived at the post office.
2) Walmart and Decilro Clothing keep saying the coat was delivered.
3) Nothing to indicate who the carrier was or even the country of manufacturing/origin.
4) Delivery indicated was Nov 11,2024. It is now Jan 1,2025.
5) Tracking STOPPED 2 months ago and reason listed was "delayed", nothing else since.
6) I checked the shipping address and main post office 4 times and still NOTHING.
I wish I could give a 0 rating. There was no option for 0 star. I'm frustrated with the response I received from the Customer Care Team Members. I bought a Poo boo 4 in 1 exercise bike on 11/22/2024 thru Walmart online shopping. The product was delivered as expected date. However, while assembling the product some items were missing, and it was not perfect as anticipated. Eventually I had to return the product. On 12/15/2024, I called the Customer Care Service and talked with some of the Customer Care Team Members (CCTM). Mr. Mohammed (Agent - was not courteous/helpful) and Mohammad (CCTM Supervisor - not helpful either to resolve the issue). According to the email exchange between Nastassja, one of the CCTM (Agents), the carrier Estes was assigned to pick up the return products from my property and take it to Walmart Warehouse. After returning the product, I called every week to follow up regarding the refund. I had telcons with some of the CCTM Agents including the Supervisor Mohammad. I was not happy that none of the CCTM Agents were professional and did not help their valued clients. These guys are part of the problem not the solution. They should be given an appropriate disciplinary action (reprimand, suspend or termination from the employment). It's over two months and the bottom line is that I should get my refund of $158.99 immediately without further delay.

I placed a on-line order with Walmart in Owens Crossing Alabama on the 1/8/2025 to be picked up on the 1/9/2025 between 3:00 and 4:00pm. When my wife got there were people picking up their orders and she got in her spot to pick up and check in and they told her that we did not have a order to pick up. She called me and I looked online, and the order was cancelled. I called the store and there was no manager available to talk to. I called customer service on-line and the girl that tried to help me was good but said she could not do anything. So, I asked for a manager, and he came on (Arham) and told me to bad so sad. He said they had an emergency at the store, so they canceled my order. I told him we were going to have freezing rain and snowstorms, and I needed to have food. He said, "Well you better get your order resubmitted and have someone pick it up". I told him that this is not acceptable. He said That is all he could do for me. I called the store again and they said sorry and that was all. I want to let everyone no I will not buy anything from Walmart again and will let everyone know that I can.

I don't support this Walmart at all management does nothing my wife was sexually assaulted At 8220 Dale Mabry tampa what she reported it to the store manager the store manager that have no guts to do the right thing all she did was put the gentleman that assaulted my wife at one end of the store and my wife at the other end She had no right to do that that gentleman or Walmart or associate should have been terminated on the spot now my wife fears for her safety while she's at work and the gentleman still in the building what kind of management is that but it's a poor excuse for a store manager how does Walmart allow this to happen when they have no tolerance policies for touching associates or verbal Harassment for all women out there I suggest don't work for Walmart because Walmart won't protect you for no reason at the end it's still a poor excuse for a manager not to fire that associate no excuse and I hope Walmart hire up people see this post because I'm not gonna stop talking about this all over the Internet
This is the second time I ordered bread for delivery and did not receive it. They say there is no bread substitution. How ridiculous is that. If I order Killer Dave's Bread and you don't have it then substitute with another 100% Whole Wheat Bread. If someone orders bread with High Fructose Corn Syrup and you don't have it then substitute with the same kind of bread. It is not rocket science. It is only an issue for those that want gluten free because there is hardly any substitutes and that is a specialty bread.
To have no substitution is an inconvenience for many seniors who can't get out. This is unacceptable and when I get my order I am going to ask for my delivery fee to be deducted. Walmart can do better when it comes to online delivery.
But to say something in closing. I love Walmart. Good prices, good customer service. Just some improvements needed. Happy Thanksgiving.
This morning at 7:09 am, I called the Walmart branch at 3900 Innes Road, Orleans, to confirm their hours. The associate who answered was quite rude; she responded abruptly, saying it was Remembrance Day, and suggested I should have checked the news to know they wouldn't open until 12:30 pm. Before I could finish explaining, she hung up on me.
As someone new to Canada, I wasn't familiar with how Remembrance Day affects store hours, which is why I reached out to confirm. I found it very disappointing that a simple question was met with such a disrespectful response, especially when they were answering the phones. Good customer service should always include clear and respectful communication.
