The dress I bought is so cute but VERY see through so I added a lining and also removed some weird sleeves they had put on. After this the dress was pretty perfect for me. But $130 for a simple polyester slip dress that needed some work (like most of their designs) it's very steep. As well as this their customer service is pretty poor. As I never received a confirmation email or tracking number from them after trying to contact them twice and my package just showed up one day. I probably won't buy from them again just because their clothes are really not worth the money even if they have some cute pieces!
I just got two shirts in the mail both were completely see through. The stitching was very poorly done. There were strings everywhere. It's the price of urban outfitters but the quality of shein. This is very unfortunate because there pieces online look cute. I've ordered maybe 10 things from their site and returned the majority of them. Not worth it.
Cute items. I've ordered about 14 items in two orders from their sales and every single piece has come apart at the seams. Poor stitching. Even the loose items have created holes in the neck or arm seam. Even a pair of shorts I have with the tags on have a hole. Never even tried on, just over time in my closet the seam came loose. Definitely not worth the money, I'm just happy I didn't pay full price.
I like verge girl and have bought from them a few times over the years. I will be the first to say that the quality is hit or miss and some things are made better than others. In recent years the quality has improved a bit but that could be in certain items (the dresses are usually good). The pricing has always been a bit weird. $60+ for basic looking tops and I really don't recommend buying their jewellery. Their prices on have risen significantly as well.
When shopping with this brand, you sadly have to accept you will never see a refund from them. 7 days return isn't enough time as the post office sometimes takes ages to ship (which they won't consider). I live within the state of their warehouse and I still have to receive credits.
They do have nice dresses though, I'll probably still buy from them lmao. I recommend looking at verge girl items on depop.
If you're looking into summer dress or an event dress, a big PASS. The quality is Shein like, see-through material and terrible stitching, and for the price they're charging? When I contacted the customer support, they simply gaslighted me. The clothes look nothing like pictures on the site, and the fact that they have no option of commenting on the site? Red flag girls. Ordered a white top, it came in cream. I guess a blind person both sewed the clothes and put them online.
Verge girl consistently charge incredibly expensive prices for consistently shocking quality. Everytime I have ordered, I pay top dollar for an item to arrive that looks nothing like the advertised images in terms of quality. In addition to this, the tags on these items are not even verge girl - it seems like they just bulk import poor quality items from dodgy wholesalers and just rebrand and mark up the price?
I have been disappointed one too many times by this brand.

Scam of a company - followed their directions to send back for a refund and they said it would take about 4 weeks. It has been over 6 weeks and they are ignoring my emails. I received something damaged - I feel that should have been refunded immediately.
I ordered a dress back in May that was terrible quality and sent it back right away. It's almost august and they still have not refunded me and claim that my shipment has not reached them yet, which is simply not possible. This same thing happened to me 2 years ago and they never refunded me for items, and I finally decided to try to shop here again and they've done it again.
I bought two tops and one was see through but it was a white/cream colour so I gave it a pass. But the other was sage green and just as see through as the white one. The stitching on this top was also horrible and the top was way too stretchy so did not hold its shape. Emailed customer service for a return/refund and they said no. Why sell your tops for $40-$50 when the quality is this cheap?

As per our returns policy, we do not accept returns on any sale items as they have been heavily reduced to 70% off for clearance. Due to this, the London Streets Top // Sage was reduced to A$14.70 AUD. We have assessed these images and can see that this is a small amount of excess thread, which can be carefully trimmed without affecting the garment. Due to this, the item is not deemed to be faulty.
I can see that in this instance our customer service team combined two orders that were placed and refunded the cost of shipping for one purchase which is not something we are usually able to do however, we did want to ensure a positive customer experience so we are very saddened to hear that you are not 100% happy with your recent purchase. For a fast fashion companies with similar trendy items that you can find in a lot of other stores eg. Princess polly/ Peppermayo, VG products quality is comparably low compared with others. There prices vs quality is not worth it. I Bought a cotton wrap top in my usual size, it came way too big. Thin and rough material, I didn't even wear it once. Ever since then, I never ordered from VG again, I am scarred from my experience. Save your money and support more sustainable brands!

Answer: I ordered the 24th of May and they are supposed to bring my order tomorow 5th of June. My purchase was worth 61,85 then I had to pay shipping 9,90 and tomorrow I have to pay 42,70 before I can get my order. Never ever will I order from them again! It takes ages to come and you have to pay more than you spend for the shipping to Europe (Belgium)
Answer: Dissh and princess Polly are very similar in style and have more options but I like Verge girl cause their unique pieces. All companies are about the same quality and price.
