"I strongly advise against purchasing from H&M based on my recent experience. Earlier also I ordered, they delivered unbranded jeans instead of the H&M brand, and in my recent orders, they have sent jeans with the wrong length with the right tag. Is H&m has become fraud now? Be ready for it. I always order 29/30 slim jeans it fits me well. But now the jeans they provided me is too short in length. I've bought 7-8 pairs by now, thinking it was just a mistake, but the customer care team keeps insisting it's my fault, customer care thinks I am a liar essentially ignoring my concerns.

For anyone considering H&M, be prepared for inconsistent product quality, careless mistakes, and unresponsive customer service. Shopping here may feel like a gamble—you're left wondering if you'll even get what you paid for. Don't waste your time and money on a brand that fails to deliver on basic expectations."

STAY AWAY FROM H&M

I am beyond disappointed with H&M. I placed my first-ever order, and it's been a nightmare from start to finish. The order was processed, then got lost with the courier (An Post), and I never received it. I've contacted H&M customer service multiple times, and each time I was fobbed off with different delivery dates. They promised the package would arrive within six to eight working days, but that deadline has come and gone. Instead of resolving the issue, they just keep pushing the delivery date further back.

Their customer service is awful—there's no accountability, and no one seems to care. I even spoke to a supervisor, and she just kept repeating the same script over and over. They refuse to take responsibility for their own mistakes. I'm extremely dissatisfied and frustrated.

This was my first and last order from H&M. I will NEVER order from them again, and I'm warning everyone: do not purchase from H&M. They are a terrible company to deal with, and their customer service is useless. To make matters worse, I'm still waiting for my package and have no idea if I'll even get a refund. It's as if my money is gone for good. Stay away from H&M!

Return policy!

I recently placed an order from H&M and discovered they don't do returns or exchanges! That's just ridiculous. I've always loved H&M clothes and never realized this was their policy. So disappointed! Nice clothes, but you really need to rethink your return policy.

I phoned H&M and they cited their online return policy: "Without a receipt, we offer an in-store exchange only at the current selling price. Items exchanged must be of equal or greater value." I went to the shortly thereafter at W. Hartford store and "MILK" refused to honor this stated and posted policy, became angry at my request, and was extremely rude, even refusing to return my shopping bag. He told me to leave, with no help, and threw my clothes at me.

Manager at 7244 East Chase shopping center in Montgomery al.lied about their return policy she said if the tag is removed they can not accept the items regardless of the condition or weather you have a receipt.does policy return on did not state that at all when I ask her about it she simply refused to take my purchase.very rude while stating that as well I will never shop at that store again!

Order for Christmas
December 20, 2023

Unfortunately will not be able to shop here nor recommend. The WORST customer service. Ordered early in December to ensure Christmas deliver. Order indicated all items shipped. Received today with no pants. They told me to reorder? Rather than shipping the missing item. Christmas gift obviously ruined. :( will not shop here again. Very rude unconcerned customer service reps.

Fraud
January 24, 2024

I'm completely shocked by H&M's customer service. I returned 4 items and they have only refunded me 3 items. All 4 items were in the same parcel so either them have made an error or they are being dishonest. Either way I am left feeling extremely shocked and I feel very disappointed. It has put me off shopping online.

RIP OFF

On October 28, I made an in-store purchase at H&M for $86.56 with my credit card and the company charged me twice. I sent them an email and filed a dispute with my credit card company. They initially returned my extra charge but later took it away even though I provided proof of the overcharge, and it became such a irritating and waste of time to keep pursuing it that I had to let it go. To my surprise, I discovered others who had the same issue with H&M. I will never buy from H&M again.

Went to Victoria square in Belfast to return my daughter's coat as lining had came away from coat. Was told they wouldn't exchange as it had been worn and if I wanted one to buy another. The man, Terry was very unhygienic and his nails where black with dirt and I told him to stop handling the coat as he wouldn't change it. As I left the store he shouted for me to wash my mouth out and not come back. Very embarrassing situation in front off a shop full of customers. Went to another H&M in Belfast and the staff where amazing, changing the faulty coat and giving me a gift card. Terrible experience and will never ever shop in H&M again.

I just ordered over $1500 worth of clothes because we live in a remote area and I thought that I would be able to pick the sizes that work for my kids. Never did I think that a store would not do returns or exchange an item, that is a bunch of crap. I have loved H&M clothes for a very long time, never to realize that this was their policy. Sorry, H&M, but I will NEVER shop with you again, and I will be sure to let everyone know your return policy. So disappointed!
