I have spent over a month requesting information to return the items. One item has a broken zipper and all do not fit. I was going to change to a different size, but at this point, I want nothing to do with Chic Me. Every time I request info to refund they ask for SKU code, even though, I told them that the entire order needs to be returned, plus the SKU codes are listed in the email and chat thread. I guess it is a delay tatic. They offered me 10% to keep the order---NO THANK YOU. Then they offered 30%. I was clear refund me my money.
Love your clothes and how they make me feel beautiful. I get a lot of compliments on the clothes I have two that don't fit but not paying to send back
I never received the things I ordered and was billed for it. Cannot get in touch with anyone to discuss. The automated system tells me to check at post office - not there. Terrible experience

I tried to return an item, as it was to big, they would not give me a full refund. I agreed upon a 15% refund and I would keep the item. Which after numerous times I told them I had no use for! They still insisted. I haven't received the 15% refund. Will not do business with this company ever again
It was sent to wrong address all my fault. By the time I realized it it was already sent. I emailed them to let them know what had happened and they were very gracious and sent me one to the correct address
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THAT MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED AND IT WAS NOT DELIVERED! I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED ASAP! LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. THANK YOU

I ordered a red dress and some Christmas socks to wear on Christmas Day. Ordered them quite a while before Christmas. They didn't arrive until after Christmas so I no longer needed them. The quality of the material of the dress was shocking anyway so wouldn't have worn it.
I tried so hard to get a return address and found it impossible. So I'm stuck with two, very bad quality items that I will never wear.
Poor aftercare service. Would never buy from them again!

You guys over charged me for the items Dec. 5th, 2024. Then a couple days later when I go back on the website each item is half priced off. I will not shop with you guys again. Really a rip off. Which sucks.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
