The company exhibits significant challenges in customer service and product reliability. Customers frequently express frustration over delayed refunds and exchanges, citing a lack of responsiveness from support channels, including long wait times and unreturned emails. Additionally, issues with the online ordering system, such as difficulties in modifying orders and inadequate stock communication, further exacerbate customer dissatisfaction. While some customers appreciate the initial excitement of their purchases, concerns regarding product quality, particularly the durability of shoes, diminish overall positive sentiments. This combination of service inefficiencies and product issues has led to a generally negative perception among consumers.

Web site and web ordering is difficult. Adding items to your cart is easy. Updating or removing items from cart is very difficult. There is no possibility of canceling or modifying an order once it is placed, and customer service can not help. If ordering on line a confirmation and order number is sent. BUT, if the item is not in stock, the confirmation is still sent, and no communication is sent that an item is not in stock, or sold out.
Vionic shoes won't last. After I wore them three times, the outside ripped off. They look pretty, but the quality is poor.
I had a question about a recent purchase and tried calling first but was put on endless hold that disconnected itself after 25 minutes of waiting! So I emailed, no response. Emailed again, no response. Emailed 3 more times, no response. I won't buy another pair of their shoes, ever.
I purchased my first pair of shoes & I was so excited to receive them. Only they were way too big. I sent the return and completed the exchange online. Easy peasy. Not so much. I sent my return two weeks ago. Tracking number confirms they received it. Where is my exchange? There is no info online about when I can anticipate my shoes. I can't get in touch with customer service via phone. So I tried email. Annnnd no response. It's really awful if you need help after they have your money. Clearly they don't care. I'll give it another week & then file a complaint with the better business bureau and ask my credit card company to dispute. First and last time buyer. It's not worth the hassle.
After returning two pairs of sandals I have attempted to obtain a refund credit. It has been over two months and no action has been taken, despite numerous emails and a telephone call to customer service. Patronize at your own risk.
