Do not recommend StockX. I ordered a pair of basketball shoes for my 13 year old daughter. I unboxed the shoes and helped her try them on at our house. We determined they were too small. I reboxed the shoes and shipped them back the next day. The return was rejected by StockX because according to them the shoes were used/ had creases/ and the toe was dirty.
These shoes had been unboxed for a total of five minutes and only in my possession for about twelve hours from the time I received and shipped back.
Apparently you aren't allowed to try them on.
This was the photo supporting the usage they sent me.
Somehow my order was duplicated. I received two of the same item and was charged twice. I returned the duplicate item and requested a refund but was informed all I could get is credit for a future purchase with a time limit of 1 year. After several attempts to make this right and credit my card, I was informed this is not possible---surely someone could make that possible?
Purchased basketball sneaker for Christmas. Paid $265.00 for them. First time worn on the court the bottom of one of the sneakers comes apart. Contacted Stockx. Provided photos. Request the sneaker be replaced and it refused. Stockx claimed to have inspected and verified the sneakers prior to shipping. That must have been a joke on their part. Never again will I buy from Stockx as it does not stand behind its products.

I bought a $150 adidas sneaker for my 14year old son. Size 8.5. He unboxed the sneaker in front of me and walked around our house and we knew it was too small. I boxed it up and initiated my return. I then purchased a size 9 from this same company, and even paid extra for expedited shipping. Shockingly days later my original purchase, the 8.5s, were returned to me as the return was rejected because the shoes were worn. False! I argued with this customer service person and sent high res pictures of the shoes in clearly showing they were in no way worn. And then they sent me an email telling me again my return was rejected. These people are insane
This company is running several scams. They are letting criminals use stolen credit card numbers to make purchases. They are also selling USED SHOES as being NEW. I have ordered for the last time 6 months ago. I was sent for the SECOND TIME USED OR DEFECTED SHOES. ONE PAIR MAY BE FAKE THEY DO NOT HAVE A VALID CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER- this should be a RED FLAG. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GEY YOUR MONEY NOR AN EXCHANGE. I WAS SENT SHOEA WITH CREASES IN THEM- THE SECOND TIME THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY WORN AND THE THIRD TIME THE COMPANY LET MY CREDIT CARD BE EXPOSED IF YOU UAVE A CARD ON FILE TAKE IT OFF IMMEDIATELY. SOMEONE ORDERED WOMENS SHOES ON MINE THIS COMPANY HAS a 2 STAR RATING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME PAYING FULL PRICE FOR USED OR COUNTERFEIT SHOES- AND SO NOT PUT TOUR INFORMATION ON THE SITE - it will get stolen. MY INFO ID NOW ON THE DARK WEB. 1Star was the lowest rating I could give. Otherwise I would have put a turd emoji
I believe the StockX receipt in pic one was kept under a certain dollar value so they can charge me for the duty fee and pocket it. Because pic 1 was what I expected to pay, pic 2 is what I actually paid.

This company is a scam. They cheated my 13-year-old son out of $167.11 do not use this company. They charge 15% verification fees and allow minors to get on their site.

I'm not sure who's running their authentication process, but was told shoes I bought directly from Nike were not real. Don't waste your time. There's plenty of other places to resell.
I don't mind purchasing from the site - but you can't contact seller - ever. I hate it when you put a bid in, and the seller discounts his new lowest ask by a buck. That just makes me want to delete my bid which I have in many cases. The one good thing is authenticity is checked so you can be sure they are authentic - but the fees they charge are ridiculous - so plan on paying much more than your bid.
