How can things be worse after Covid - well it can be. We planned to go to a concert in Las Vegas, however performer rescheduled due to an injury and Resort Rental Pros could care less., They kept our money, and all charges, would not consider moving date to the new rescheduled concert, Zero customer satisfaction. So disappointed, we could not even talk to a person, no valid phone number, no response to an emails.
They routinely lose reservations. They lie or act stupid to no end. Their housekeeping is poor. They were repeatedly warned about letting condo association having advanced notice of renters. Then renters can't access condo because VRP screwed up, again
Excellent. My party of 7 included a chemo patient and we range in age from 17 to 70. We booked through VRP and explained our situation. The house HAD to be clean and bug free. That is exactly what we got. We rented Veranda Palms Shrek 6 bedroom home in Kissimmee, FL. And it was CLEAN! We stayed for 15 days and not a bug in sight. I cannot say how happy we were with VRP and the home. I would recommend both 100%. VRP listens to your needs and acts on it.

We had to cancel Florida trip in March due to surgery. Our lodging in Sarasota immediately refunded our entire amount less a $150 cancellation fee. NOT VACATION RENTAL PROS for our week in St. Augustine. They rented the condo out (all but one night), but no partial refund, not even cleaning and dog fees. Many calls not returned. Two emails since April saying that it would be looked into and then silence. The last email asked for the same information that was in the same email!

There are to many issues to complain about but the bottom line is that we were cheated out of 18 days of a two month stay and spent 6 weeks of constant hassles. They are less than honest in their representations. Booked a two month stay in St. Augustine which turned out to be misrepresented in the listing and a dump of a property. Could not gain access for the first two days so we stayed in a motel. We were moved to another property and told we would need to move again to complete our stay but that we would be taken care of for our two month vacation. After a period of time we were told we would need to move to another property but we would need to pay an additional $3,000+. So we were cheated out of 18 days of a two month vacation.
Six weeks of constant calls or waiting for return calls.
Dishonest would be an understatement. They ruined our vacation.
I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Florida who was very interested and forwarded my complaint to the state's consumer affairs and licensing division for review (still pending). I also filed a complaint with the BBB from the area. Actions which I encourage all who have problems with Vacation Rental Pros to do, it will help to keep the public informed.
Avoid at all costs.
