I made a purchase of a Lego set on Black Friday, order was cancelled without any explanation. I just found out someone stolen my credit card info and made almost over $1000 charge in one transaction online. All my other purchases from major retailers were fine except from sVitos.com Their owner has a criminal charges pending, google it yourself. I'm on hold with the credit card company. DO NOT order from them!

I ordered a countertop dishwasher on their site, the next day I got an email saying they refunded my money without any reason as to why. ‍‍. First and LAST time I waste my time ordering from this company.

Placed an order with my credit card infomation. Never received an acknowledgement. In hindsite their website did not disclose inventory on hand, just a way to place an order. Never received the order and I notified my credit card company

Paid for my product, and the Next day, my Credit card alerted me that the exact amount of my purchase was tried at several hotels. I also never received a confirmation. Absolute crooks.

As many people mentioned, I placed an order, was charged and then credited right away. I agree with the other comments that this company is likely phishing for credit card information. I have cancelled the card I used and ordered a replacement for protection. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Ordered product from Svitos. Got an order confirmation email. They list products as less expensive than other places, even when showing online search results. Debit card charge was presented to my bank, then reversed to facilitate further phishing scam. The reversal doesn't show in my account, though the bank can see it on their end. I didn't know it was reversed. I didn't receive my product and emailed Svitos. I was asked in an email to give it until April 5th. It never came, of course, and I got no further replies from Svitos and the phone number is fake and not even formatted correctly. Phony phone call a month later from my "bank's fraud department" with Jamaican accent said someone attempted a purchase in Houston TX for $216 and gave the last 4 numbers of my debit card. They said I could verify who they were by looking on the back of my debit card for the bank phone number. It was one digit off and the area code was also off (800 instead of 888). They wanted to cancel my debit card and issue me a new one. Asked for my birth date to authenticate who I was. A moment later asked for my SSN which I refused to give. Then asked me to just key it in the phone's keypad for his manager. I refused. They hung up on me. On Svitos webpage at bottom it says the business is Vitos in Florida. When I called my bank to replace my debit card they looked them up and said it showed their name was Vitas as the business name in Louisiana. Svitos.com is a front to get card info they then will use later to call and try to scam you.

Never received the product I ordered. No customer service. Credit card I used was then fraudulently used on other sites.
