I discovered that Spokeo have been debiting my account via Paypal (which I don't use) for almost a year. I have lost more than £250 over this time.

I never signed up to this company and have had no feed back from them.

Seems that this is complete ripoff company

This site will NOT show records. I am trying to find records of my son whose identity was stolen and this site does NOT SHOW ANY records except where he lived over 20 years ago. And all their customer service could say is sorry! No refund! WHAT A SCAM.

Terrible

Total rip-off wont refund you after you cancel! Refunded $11.95 of the $29.95 after canceling don't know were they came up with this number i paid $29.95 for a monthly subscription. The information i got wasn't even good information TERRIBLE!

You should charge them

Total scam! They say one price.98 for the info, but don't only give you basic information that's already online. Then they say $29.99 will give you the actual info, then they charge another $19.99 for again, the rest of the info, then again charge you...another $20 or $30 bucks for more info. I gave up after the first $50 I was charged. I mean, it's info that is on cpac already. Basically I should charge them. NO REFUND. Total joke. Go-to any other site... seriously, any other site, just not this one. Absolutely not worth it.

Really enjoyed using Spokeo to search myself as I needed to verify a few things about myself that was hugely incorrect.
Spokeo was and is very easy to navigate through even for someone like me that is computer illiterate.

Complete waste of money
July 4, 2024

Purchased the subscription and this was a complete waste of time and money. The site kept crashing when trying to do my research on someone. I kept doing it for several days and tried different devices to research and for days and days the site crash.

This was such a waste of time. I could have done my own investigations myself if I knew this was going to do this. BTW there are no refunds.
