The only question I have after reading these reviews is "why are you still in business and not in jail?" Where are our consumer protections?

Elias, query "spokeo lawsuits" on google. There have been numerous cases on this group. Spokeo... if you are reading these complaints, I am wondering how you manage to get around the charge backs and still have a credit card company that works with you.
