Beware of the negative reviews about this company. As of 2024 this company has exceeded expectations. I was hesitant at first after seeing some negative reviews about very slow shipping and not getting product. RICK personally called me after an email of my concerns to insure me my sauna was on the way. It took about 2 weeks from date of purchase and the people complaining about delayed shipping were ordering during the COVID pandemic when the whole world was "delayed." I'd like to personally thank Rick and everybody at spiritual quest for my AWESOME sauna as I'm typing this review inside it sweating my b****s off. The installation was easy and the sauna is simply magnificent. Thank you so much, 5 stars would recommend to your mother.
