I can't get help from Rick to build my wall. I paid a lot of money for all the materials, there are no written instructions (He refuses to send any)

We are happy to consult with your contractor. Building walls is not for a lay person. We have already suggested this we believe via the phone. Appointments are necessary so please arrange a time with our support staff. Assuming a lay person can build a large wall is not a best practice. AND our engineers provide one on one introduction happily. I am sure our staff has already shared that and offered support via a licensed contractor.
