I had a problem upgrading to the Pro version. I sent an email request to Pzizz Support on a Saturday never expecting to hear back from anyone until Monday. Zach answered my email the next day (a Sunday) with excellent directions that solved my problem. Very impressed with the timing and excellent support.
Purchased the year membership to Pzizz. I had trouble accessing the link to the membership once it was purchased, but Desmond with the customer support team responded to me right away and the problem was solved very quickly.
