Scrapbook

I've been using Scrapbook.com for a short time and am very impressed with their service, turnaround time, and products offered. Whenever I receive an offer through the mail from another company, I always head over now to Scrapbook.com to see whether or not they offer the same item and checkout their price. The reason is simple - I am very appreciative of their good descriptions, their turnaround time, the careful way in which they pack my purchases, and their quick response if I have any questions. If you paper craft, work in mixed media, or are a scrapbooker - I strongly encourage you to check them out. Their prices are not always the least expensive - but they have very good sales and the prices are certainly competitive and even more so given their steller service.

I order from Scrapbook.com probably weekly. Their prices and selection are amazing. Orders are usually shipped within 1 day. Orders are always packed with care. I once ordered a glitter glue and when I received it, it was not at all the color it looked on their website... I sent them an email and just said they might want to take a new picture as the color was much brighter in person. I received an email right away that they were refunding me (which I never even asked for) and apologized for the color not being represented correctly. I also received 2 of a die and I only ordered one and was only charged for 1. When I contacted them to let they know, they said to just keep it and thanked me for letting them know so they could correct their inventory. They are my go to for 99.9% of my craft supplies.
