We have been trying for over 2 years to get our product or money back. They do nothing but talk and offer hollow promises. Finally got fed up and have contacted the Ohio Attny. Generals office to see if something can be done on a higher level.
This site dies not even deserve 1 star. They will not give a reason for not sending your order. Their system is always down. BUT they charge your credit card immediately when you order. I have emailed and called several times since my order was placed in August but still no real response.

Please do not order from this company! I too have not received my order! After several attempts to reach someone I did talk to a individual twice. Both times I received a different excuse as to why I did not receive my order. The last time they said they would send a refund and WOW... GUESS WHAT... I never received it! This company should be reported to someone!
I ordered from this site and have never received my order and they will not return phone calls, answer their phone and when I did get through to them, they give you the run around and you never get your money back. This place is a scam and needs to be dealt with. I hope they get caught taking peoples money. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They even send out catalogs.
I ordered 11 albums from this company on December 30th. Despite NUMEROUS phone calls to this company, I have been unable to speak to a person. I also have tried email and chatroom to gain information. The one time that someone was manning the chatroom, the person told me that their system was down and someone would get back to me within 2 days with information about my order. This never happened.
When I wrote customer service, I received an email saying that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. This also never happened.
Luckily, I paid with a credit card, and have 60 days to have this cancelled with Visa. I plan to cancel the order if I do not hear from them within the next two days.
I suspect this is a scam operation.
I ordered photo pages from this company for $29.94 only to find they charged me a additional $129.94. I finally got my product but after three months, no refund. I have since sent a complaint to the California Attorney Generals Office. This place is a scam. Like others stated, they always have an excuse but had no problem charging my credit card. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
My check for product was cashed BY ARCHIVAL on Apr 1,15. Now in Sept still no product. Calls and e-mails elicit no response. They need sued by everyone who dealt with them.
I ordered from this company from San Diego, Calif. And also did not get my order after 3 months. When I did get through to them and asked for the supervisor they wouldn't let me talk to one. I called 6 times in one day using all the phone options. The said they had warehouse problems and my order would be shipped out in one week. Never happened. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a scam. Today Dec. 7,2014 when I call the number they say to leave a message and they will call back. When I press 0 for the operator the line goes dead. REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I too ordered some photo albums from them a month ago and still have not received them, tried to call them but no response. They still have my money.
