I love shopping the sales! They have a great supply of namebrand fragrances that are affordable, and they have really great sales that make them even more affordable. I love that the shipping is fast and arrives within a week! Their candles are also to die for!
I have the real Moroccanoil serum (I am OBSESSED with the smell of it). This "interpretation" smells NOTHING like it. If you are looking to smell like an old lady, buy this scent. If you are looking for a dupe of Moroccanoil oil, save your money. No refunds either. Extremely disappointed.

Bad duplications that smell like machine oil and rude customer service. They erase negative reviews from the site.
Fragrances are subjective, like food. Sometimes a customer may not be familiar with the fragrance business, varioius types of fragrances that may be named the same thing, or the policy of sampling prior to ordering a larger amount. Additionally, one must understand that not all Lavenders may smell like the one you smelled in your mother's purse when you were a child, or the one you had purchased at a shop down the street named "Lavender". It may be called Lavender on our site (or any site), but it may not be YOUR lavender. No matter how much this is explained on the site, many times it goes unnoticed or ignored. We always try to work with customers in some equitable way, but some are just not willing to compromise, even if the problem is of their own error. To add, we do not delete reviews unless they are fraudulent, make medicinal claims, are purely "subjective without case" or those of no factual basis or explanation. We have deleted around 25 reviews in our 14 years of business. We typically respond to the review as we have done here.
