Failure of a new Philips Sonicare toothbrush in March, 2022, resulted in 2 weeks of failed replacements, calls, & returns. Usable replacement under warranty finally received.Then their emailed discount promotions offering great prices convinced me to try ordering brush heads at their website.!Mistake! 3 days of their system's server error screens stopping check-out, unresponsive online chat, over 10 failed calls to their outsourced (non-fluent) customer service, being either cut off or refused a supervisor or being asked repeatedly for the same ID information resulted in my buying replacement brush heads at much higher price from Amazon. Find another brand with effective customer service for your hard-earned money. I will.
I would give this company a zero! Phillip's has terrible customer service. They provide no follow-through on stated refunds. I have attempted to collect a refund for over a year without success. You are unable to contact the executive leadership, no surprise. Moving forward, I will do my due diligence to avoid purchasing Phillips products in any of their subsidiaries.
Contacted customer support regarding a failing Sonic Care Toothbrush and provided images & receipts as directed. The devise had started buzzing until it failed. It may or may not have been programmed to fail. Philips offered a dissimilar unit (feminine color) but quickly closed the case while I was performing elder care. Currently Philips will not respond to emails sent with the original case number expecting addition investment in the questionable support process.
Bought one of their 24" TV's, it went "poltergeist" the other day... jumping from mode to mode, volume went crazy, reboot or reset did not work. The jab is it's only three years old! No more Phillips TV's for us.
I've had this TV less than a year and it will not turn on at all. I have tried to contact the company and Walmart and Walmart says it's under the companies warranty so I called them and they made me some pictures in and we're going to review my case. It has been over a week now and I haven't heard anything. Philips has been nonresponive to consumer health needs regarding their CPAP/BIPAP recall. Many months have passed since the recall with no communication of a schedule for repair/replacement. These devices are not the same as cosmetic appliances.
Philips products are always great. We have a hairdryer, shaver set, and some cooking appliances. All those are working well over the year. It is always known for its good quality.
Since i born till now i have seen my parents always prefer Phillips instead of any other company. Tv, music system plaything.

Answer: Braun shavers are less expensive and do the job almost as well as Phillips Norelco.
