I needed bifocal reading glasses only for work and these were easy to order and very competitively priced. Delivery takes a while and I wish I had seen an option for the glass arms to have sprung hinges as they would be better if they gripped my head more. The product in every other way meets my expectations.
I received my glasses today and I am so pleased with them. They took over 3 weeks to arrive but they were worth waiting for! Very good price and I am extremely satisfied. I will be ordering from them again soon
After receiving my new reading glasses it was found that they had been made to the wrong prescription? After speaking to Perfect glasses about the problem they made another pair of glasses and delivered them all be it after a lengthy time. But I put this down to the lock down period. Found them very helpful.

Firstly tried to charge 4 times the price of anyone else for prisms.
Now have still, after 6 months, not replaced a frame which broke after a month's use, despite promising to do so, the only frame they sent for me to re-glaze did not fit.
This company is based in India, using an outsourced Customer Service company. If anything goes wrong you haven't a hope. And, since they ship through the Gulf states they CANNOT deliver in 2-3 days as they imply on their web-site.
In short cheap, nasty & dishonest.
I have ordered 6+ pairs of glasses from perfectglasses so far and they are all exactly as I expected. I usually order the frames that are £25 or more, the quality is noticeably better than the super cheap frames. I enjoy spending a couple hours on a random Sunday and choosing 2 or 3 different styles to add to my collection. Why be stuck with just 1 frame in your life? (although that is what would happen if I went to a high street). Regarding the complaints about customer service, they are very clear on their website that this is a custom order and you must verify at least twice that the prescription you entered is correct as provided by your optician. I have never had an issue regarding product description to return or speak to customer service, so I cannot comment on their return policy. 1 tip, ALWAYS look out for the free coatings that might be available while ordering.

I ordered bifocal glasses as a matter of urgency (mine were broken) after 7 days of no contact I am told they are in the post? How long does it take! I have used other companies and received within three days. I will certainly not use this company again
