I bought a pair of glasses from you in December 2015 and they are great I have just bought another pair from you with the same prescription and lens type and I cannot use them (I have been trying them on and off for the last 2 weeks) why is this why have you got this latest order wrong

Hi John,
The glasses are made according to the prescription entered online, if the glasses do not seem coerce it could be that the prescription was entered incorrectly. However, you can send the glasses back to us and we can have them check for you have this sorted. We will need your Order details to take this forward.
