Paid $25 for overnight shipping on a $300+ order. The order was extremely late. Customer service is a joke. Live chat doesn't work and telephone doesn't work. Their ingredients can be found in less expensive product that works just the same. I find them completely useless as a brand.

First customer service is Terrific. Consultation required, no problem.

If one has very sensitive skin, on meds, contact your Dr show products and ingredients.
Their are active ingredients that may cause a reaction
Paula has many different selections for different skin types.
There is no such thing as hyper allergic
Next, again wonderful service. There was a 25% off sale. Unfortunately, I was broke that month

I order from them and the shipping is fast. It will say that I'm getting my order one day, but then it's here sooner! Couldn't ask for better shipping and the products always come nicely packaged and have never been damaged. I love that products are unscented for those that are sensitive. Sending a package back is easy too. I would highly recommend!

I got into looking at skincare more seriously in the past two years because I started getting acne and needed something to clean my dead skin cells etc etc. I also have had strawberry skin growing up so I've been using this bha body treatment lotion and it's been working really well! Highly recommend checking out Paulas Choice products if you haven't yet :)

Run away. Online billing rigged to keep requesting payment. I realized I was being double billed when Paulas Choice asked for 3rd payment. After hours waiting for customer assistance and being disconnected, I knew they got me. I refused to accept packages and it's impossible to get a refund. Bad bad outfit.
Paula should be ashamed of her money grab.

Horrible horrible company. I tried their 2% bha and it dried my skin out so badly. My face looked like a snake. And THE ONLY reason i tried this product is because I THOUGHT i could get my money back if I didnt like it. That's what they tell you. You have to pay shipping to return their items YOURSELF. They dont cover that part. So im paying 5 bucks to return a 25 item. Bull crap company. Will never ever try anything else from here again. They are dead to me.
