Although Motel has super trendy, cool clothing, the website often doesn't capture the true quality of the clothing. Just be wary when purchasing things from them; I purchased an angel crop top, faux leather jacket and zebra-patterned jeans from them, all of which has worse quality than depicted on the website. The leather jacket was thin and the jeans contained a huge amount of elastane in them. Still look good in photos but just be wary, don't buy any 'long-term wear' items from them.
Contacted Motel Rocks explained it couldn't have been my daughter who left a mark on the lining and they have done this before to other buyers. Money refunded in full. I would be careful using this company. Check linings of garments for marks in delivery. Wouldn't use them again.
Shein is better quality... this is really disappointing. I ordered 2 boleros which were super thin and the stitching didn't line up. The skirt i ordered, which was an XXS, was huge on me but it fit my friend who is normally an M. Yes, i checked the sizing AND measured myself before ordering. It was also really thin and had loose strings, the button is also falling off. I also ordered a leather jacket and the zipper came broken. I really wouldn't order from here and i feel like i wasted my money. I am pretty sure they send influencers nicer products.

I was given a SkyNet tracking number that could not be tracked by any of my local post offices or via Australia Post. SkyNet advised the item was "delivered" but it cannot be located.
This order cannot be opened in the Motel Rocks website, as apparently the URL does not exist anymore. There have been issues with communication, providing tracking, technology, etc.
I'll start of by explaining my title for this review. I've always been a small but when I saw their sizing guide, their 2 was a XXS so i decided to get that. However, I really regret purchasing that size because it was puni! The other thing was shipping. I understand with covid it would take a while but I didn't expect it to be this long. My package came from the UK to California but it took 11 days. Wish it came earlier…
Anyway, If I could I would give this review an extra. 5 star I would because the bottoms I purchased aren't bad. I like the skirt I got and the these black jean shorts even more. I was thinking about shipping these two tops back to return but that alone costs me almost $20 and I just felt like it wasn't worth it so I'm selling them~
Overall, I don't think brand is bad I just didn't have that good of an experience.

Motel Rocks has amazing, unique pieces with the sizing you envision. On the other hand, it is pretty pricey so make sure you find a discount code to shop.
SHIPPING: standard (6-13 business days) took 2 weeks to arrive
QUALITY: really great quality, the sweatshirt is not incredibly thick, but is lined with fleece and sits perfectly oversized. The embroidery is a cute and simple detail but the color contrasts so well, it just pops.
OVERALL: I love their merchandise and will most likely get the matching sweatpants because this color is SO amazing.
